This place use to have a very great and friendly staff, I have been coming here for 20+ years. but ever since it changed ownership it has deteriorate.... will not be returning to this location.

OVERPRICE.Most of the 711's have the 20 OZ soda for $2.79 plus tax but here is $3.99 for a soda, they want people buy the 2 sodas for $4 dollar that's why they put $3.99 for a soda and not only the sodas, waters, monsters etc. be carefully even if you say not to the special they scan the product twice. If they have the money to spend on products that are at super high prices, fine. I recommend that you go to 711 Beverly and Garfield. They have reasonable prices. Indian managers almost always raise prices and only hire a cashier to save money on payroll.

This 7-Eleven sucks big time. Noor is a rude mf. I only went to buy some drinks and get cash out but that's the last time I go in there. I did let him know he's a rude mf. I miss the people that were there before but these people from India do not have customer service skills and no wonder why it's empty.

The guy in the morning that wears a turban is a total a hole! Talking on the phone so loud that you can hear him from the outside. Then he barked at me because the debit card didn't go through because of his fault. People like this ruin the business. Everything in the place was filthy and the hot dogs and taquitos self-serve were hard and stale I'll take my business elsewhere.

The employees Jets at 711 are NOT friendly at all, I come here a few times a week and it's always the same. I say please, thank you, hi how are you and they completely ignore you not s single hi Is it because I'm female? I hear one employee great males but not the females. Just very RUDE. Taking my daily business to another 711

The cashier charged a person before me and told him to enter your number for the rewards and immediately spoke to me to pay at the other cashier. She told me it was 2:59, the screen appeared and I entered my number and she ignored it and didn't say anything to me. In addition, they are 10 cents more than the regular price of all the 7 elevens. Very bad, the cashier gives the rewards to whoever she wants, that's why they are giving good service.

Been coming here for years... It used to have gas pumps back in the day. I've been here for several owners Current owner is good and they are moving July 2 2023 to the 711 on Garfield and Olympic. Staff has always been good.
