Great warranty program. I bought a mattress from them, but unfortunately within a month noticed it had sinking towards the middle. However, after contacting the company, the costumer service manager Omid was extremely helpful, and offered to replace it for me and haul away the defective mattress. Now I'm extremely happy with the new mattress. Thank you so much!

We purchased a Diamond Brand Mattress on Sept. 2021 that was not comfortable for us. We contacted the company and Mr. Omid who is the Customer Service Manager was very gracious and understanding of our problem and volunteered to exchange it for us. Thank you Diamond Mattress for a great service .

We purchased a Diamond Mattress from our local mattress store about 5 years ago. We recently noticed that the centers were beginning to dip. My wife recalled that it was supposed to have a 15 year warranty so we filled out the online warranty claim and within 3 days a rep was at our house evaluating the mattress. About a week later I received a call from Diamond Mattress that it was under warranty and we can pick up a brand new mattress with box springs within the week. I was shocked!! I was expecting some kind of gift card or credit on my next Diamond mattress but they over delivered my expectations and held true to the word. Thank you Diamond Mattress for the great experience, we will definitely be purchasing a Diamond Mattress for our guest bedroom. Love the fact that it's made in locally made and the company if family owed for 4 generations. Everyone I was in contact gave excellent customer service, from the warranty rep, will-call receptionist, and the gentlemen who loaded the new mattress on my truck. Thank you!

I bought a diamond mattress “Faith Hybrid” I’m absolutely in love with it!! It is heavy.. but easy to set up! I’m a single gal and I used my dolly which helped. However, It’s extremely comfortable it’s perfect it feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud! Absolutely satisfied! I definitely recommend!

I purchased a REVIVE series mattress manufactured by Diamond Mattress Co. and it is absolute crap. After less than three months the mattress started to sink and developed a huge hump in the middle. When I tried to place a warranty claim, it was denied by Diamond and Living Spaces. The inspector noted the depressions and hump but it didn't meet Diamond's 'measurement threshold'. Diamond told me to try again in 12 months, Living Spaces said 90 days. Either way, it makes absolutely no sense. I am now stuck with an unsleepable mattress and out $1000. Do not purchase this mattress if you are looking for a quality long lasting sleep product. Living Spaces will not stand behind you on this one. They have a final sale policy on mattresses. The REVIVE Series is not worth your time. Go to a store that specializes in mattresses and has a better warranty and return policy. Most importantly, MAKE SURE YOUR MATTRESS IS NOT MADE BY DIAMOND.

Total garbage! Don't waste your money. The mattress will deteriorate in less than two years. And despite the company's lifetime warranty, they will not honor your claim and you'll be out thousands of dollars. Shop elsewhere! We'd be better off with an air mattress than the trash from this company.

Have bought several mattresses from this Manufacturer. All have been very well made and a delight to sleep on. Their service was fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone. Like any mattress, you need to remember to either turn over occasionally or turn mattress around so you do not continue to sleep on the same direction every time. This way you do not get the depressions.
