This is a very, very busy UPS Store, but the employees are always kind, patient and helpful. Lana was especially helpful to me today. I bring returns here, and I also mail packages to loved ones from this location. It’s so much better, faster and easier than the post office.

Everyone here is nice except the manager Rose. i usually drop off my returns here but i didn’t know i would be getting a lecture today not once but 4 times on why a box must be taped. Pointing at the cameras telling me her boss is watching blah blah blah. mind you i never once raised my voice or offended her. I was soo confused on her reaction that she told me to go to another ups store. This was all because i told her calmly im only following the instructions on how to make a return on ups. Very unprofessional and sad how someone can act so entitled.

If I could rate this store zero stars, I would. I tried to mail a small package with two rolls of film in it to a film processor in Santa Clarita – something I’ve done a hundred times at USPS without a problem. The person at the counter acted like they’d never mailed a package before, mistaking the return address sticker for a stamp, making multiple errors when reading back my address and my name. I triple checked the information because I didn’t trust him to get it right. I should have just taken my package somewhere else. (The other person at the counter was coughing and said she thought she might be coming down with Covid.)
It was supposed to arrive the next day, but when I checked the tracking two days later, it hadn’t gone anywhere. I called to check on the package only to have the person say that they would submit a claim but that it would take 5-7 days to process. After a couple days, I still hadn’t received confirmation or a call back that the claim was filed, so I submitted the claim myself.
Now, almost two weeks later, the claim has gone nowhere, but I checked the tracking just to see if anything had changed and the package was sent to Michigan?! I’m somewhat relieved to know it seems like the package has been found, but no thanks to this store. And where is the communication from UPS? Avoid at all costs.
