“Happy to be here.This place is clean and friendly. If you need help, they always help you with a smile. Hallways are clean, walls are painted and clean. Spaces are big and price is just right. If you need access, their hours are open from early in the morning to really late at night. Better than any other place I’ve stored.Overall, the staff is friendly. What more can I say.One manor big plus. They have a bathroom available for customers. It’s also super clean. Nobody offers this extra. “Always friendly, very clean. My only complaint is the hours that you can access the units. I am a travel nurse and I flew to clean out my unit since I wouldn't be back for a while. You have to be out by 6. I work nights so I sleep during the day. It may for for safety reasons, but the property is lit and locked.”

“I am moving into this new storage facility because my previous one has horrible customer service. I went in person to meet with the person who called me I am horrible with names but I think her name was Beth but let me say she was amazing and even though she was training someone she was professional and they both were helpful in the process of showing me the storage units and looking for the best location for myself. It was fast and easy. It was nice to see that they actually care about customer service and helping the tenants who have storage units. Both staff members were great and even though it was towards the end of the day they were still smiling and helpful. Looking forward to moving my stuff to the storage unit!”

“Evgeniy and Dimitri helped me with my move today and they were great! They worked nonstop and I literally had to make them take a minute to take breaks. they were considerate with my stuff and wrapped everything really nicely. They handled any issue that would pop up and just kept working. They were really, really good!
Move took a little longer than expected, but that was my fault, mostly because I wasn't 100% ready and I thought I had less stuff than I did. I probably should have hired one more person, but Dimitri and Evgeiny made it happen!”
