I always enjoy bringing my car here because they do a great job with it. Roberto very helpful when I had some concerns and questions about paint damage. A nice clean wash and those concerns went away. I highly recommend going here!

I was looking for a great hand wash spot and this spot was excellent.
I have a bigger truck and paid around $60-70 which was fair. The price was comparable to other spots maybe just a little higher. The process took about 45-60 mins, mainly because they took their time and were very thorough on cleaning your car. It wasn’t just one person doing your vehicle, it was multiple people rejuvenating your car’s shine.
It took longer but I appreciated the level of care/cleaning they gave. Tipping system for them is a tip jug that they all split. I’d definitely go back here again.

This is an excellent car wash with a hard working team. My poor cat peed in his carrier on the way to the vet and it spilled onto my back seat and left an awful smell. I tried using carpet cleaners and washing it myself but I couldn’t get the smell out. JN car wash got it out completely. There’s no odor and no perfume scent at all. It smells brand new again. I’m SO happy with their work. I will definitely go here again when I’m in the area! Thank you!!

Took my car there paid $80 for a wash and clean inside and out! When my car was done it looked like they didn’t even put any water on my car. It was still dirty, I rolled the window down to see the water streaks on the window. There was none. They did not wash my car! I was a very unsatisfied customer! Definitely never will I return

Came on a Friday around 10AM.
Told the guy we wanted package number 2 which is priced at $35. He told us it was going to be a long wait maybe 2 hours. We didn't mind, we were going to go to Trader Joe's. He then opened our car door, saw dog hair and said to come back at 2PM.
We come back at 2 PM and we requested package number 2 priced at $35 to the same man. He tells us to choose between the $35 package, which includes vacuuming, or to do more detailing to get rid of the dog hair for $70.
We say we just want the vacuuming. Then he says he can't give us the car half clean so he has to charge us the $70. Of course we are skeptical of this, and then he tells us, he doesn't have space for us that day.
I reminded him that he told us to come back at 2. He says he told us to check back at 2 and to come back the next day and he'll give us a discount. What a waste of a day.
I've been here before. They've done the $35 package and also charged me a little extra for dog hair. Mind you, never $70. Their pricing has never been consistent whenever they see dog hair.
And honestly, having someone else clean your car is nice, but you can go to any of the self service car washes and get the same results for way less. You'll just have to vacuum.
I recommend Highland Park Car Wash. They have this little nozzle that gets dog hair out. You can also get unlimited platinum washes for $40 a month.
JN Car Wash is so inconsistent in its pricing. I never know how much I'm going to pay. That may be because of the dog hair. That's fine. But wasting my time, unacceptable.
There are no good hand car washes in Eagle Rock right now. Don't waste your time or money.

Thy charged me 60 bucks for a regular car wash yesterday.
It was 35 everytime before.
It was NOT a 60 dollar car wash.
They do a good job but 60 bucks is too much for a regular car wash.
They missed the spider webs around my mirrors, both sides

I took my work truck that hadn't been washed in a very long time... I paid $85 dollars to have a good wash inside and out. When I left they were closing I noticed my windows were still very dirty... I couldn't see well through them. I went home and ran my finger through the dirt on my windshield and realized there was a dirt film on my window... I was not happy to have just paid $85 plus a $5 tip and still have it dirty... I know they have all the chemicals to get the job done, but didn't do a good job, in fact did a horrible job. I will never waist my hard earned money there again... I ended up putting a hard water remover solution on my windows and took off the film myself... see photos below.
In images you can see where I cleaned the drivers side half and the passenger side still dirty...

I definitely won’t be going back to this place. I had just come home from a two month work trip and brought my car in for a hand wash. It was filthy and they asked for a 10 dollar increase over their hand wash price of $35 dollars to cover the extra time needed to wash it properly. That’s totally reasonable. However when I received the car it still had way more dirt deposits than is acceptable.
