“Just left. Bought some IC-2000 and kicker. I wanted to say "thank you" to whoever it was that anwered my questions about Mr. Surfacer products. The bearded gentleman at the computer. He has consistantly had helpful advice without being one of those "You're doing wrong" kind of guys. He's much more of the "You might try this" types. Offering up resourceful suggestions. He obviously knows the products and recommends complimentary goods that will work toghether. It was my 2 or 3rd time asking questions. BHOH has good staff. “this is definitely one of the best RC shops. They have all kinds of cars and brands like traxxas and arrma. I went there to turn my traxxas rustler into an FPV RC car by using an FPV drone camera and mounting it onto the car and Armand was very helpful and nice. The customer service is outstanding i highly recommend this place.”

“I've been here twice and I've walked out a few times with a bunch of figures. I wish I grabbed the Cell figure from there. “Was just here with my family...2 grown ups...2 college boys..3 little girl's. Bought 2 items I didn't even know I wanted. Lots of stuff for everyone. Staff was polite and not pushy at all. Great selection and just when you think you're done browsing you find another gem in the aisles. Store was clean and everything was neatly stacked. “Mega City One is amazing!! It may not look like much from the outside, but if you love comic books like me, it has mostly EVERYTHING you are looking for to meet your regular comic book fixes!! I've been going to this store for years and they rarely let me down. The owner and JON who's runs the store are incredible and have a wealth full of knowledge. Beyond that, they will go to the extra mile to make sure that your comic book needs are fullfied and you and your needs are fully taken care of. Also, Mega City One far exceeds their closest competition, that "Rotten Apple" place down the street! Forever, for me, Comic Books have always stood for "Truth, Justice and the American Way!" When I visit Mega City One, I feel like I'm stepping into the Daily Planet where hidden greatness can be found. They are so much better than President's Lex Luther's villains lair down the street. Can't recommend Mega City One's excellent customer service enough! They will take care of you and you will NOT ever be disappointed!!”

“They have a lot of stuff, and if you don't know what you need, (as in you if something breaks and you don't know what it is) then they will help. They are also very nice. They have a lot, and if they don't have what you need then they will order it for you and call you when it arrives. They even told me about a cool spot for driving rc cars that I think they made. “Awesome place to go to find your Funko Pop. My nephew and I went to see the store. It was amazing lots of Funko Pop. We got about 7 Funko Pop. We found 7 Funko Pop that we were looking for. For our collection. The owner was an amazing salesperson. Very friendly and always had a smile on his face.
For sure I will go back and buy more. Or I will go on his website to buy more.

“The girl who helped me was rad and really went out of her way to help me although she was clearly busy. I was being extremely indecisive and she was patient and accommodating. What more can you ask for????Oh I know.Reasonable prices and expectations.This is not a knock on the customer service but whoever is pricing these comics is out of touch with the community. I don't run a store so I can only imagine how hard it is to keep your inventory priced properly day-to-day. But they make apps for that I know because I have one to manage my 3,000 books or so.Also when I attempted to sell / try to trade in some books for either store credit or cash... I offered them Grails and the guy told me that he wasn't interested in buying them because they don't sell which I know might make me sound like I'm being overly confident or egotistical but trust me they were fire books and when I listed them they sold immediately. All I'm saying is we all know in the comic book community it's a give and take I feel like maybe the store might be going through a hard time but they could be doing so much better with the kind of customer service they have in store. I hope you take my comment as careful constructive criticism and not an attack on your shop I'm still giving you four stars for a reason.”

“I was looking to find some community in my neighborhood and came to Turn Zero Games to see if there was anything cool I could get involved with. I'd never played Magic or D&D before but was directed to their discord where I connected with a weekly D&D group! Now I'm there a lot, I'm learning MTG & Lorcana and I also just really like hanging out with the people who work there and the regulars. The environment is very chill and welcoming, the people are funny, and they have a TON of board games, TCGs, and mini games. The discord is super informative and their website is great too you can order online for pickup if you want. They also have great events.”
