While placing my items on the counter, I’m turned away at the register by the cashier telling me, “she will help you.” Walking away continuing to speak to her co-worker. Her lack of self-respect is the cause of her bold rude behavior at work.

I need to buy emergency plastic baskets Deanne assist me in checking out. She was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased walking into this Dollar King location fir first time. Definitely will come back even thought they need to stock up on supplies.

If I could review the store with no star I would do so. During my first visit, I witnessed and experienced fraudulent behavior from the employees. While I was in line the person came back to complain about being overcharged for items she did not have. The employee was rude and demonstrated horrible customer service. After I got home I noticed I was also charged 14 items when I only had 10, in addition, the receipt is not itemized so you don't know what you are being charged for so If you want to be overcharged visit this location, it will happen to you too.

Customer service was good.Car exterior was dirty/filthy at pick up. Not good.Check engine light came on and is now on. Glad I made it toy destination in SoCal.Need to contact Avis and get immediate replacement for the rest of my trip in SoCal and return trip home.Not pleased. Not acceptable.

Several weeks ago, one of the worker named Claudia, a young latina female. She's rude for not saying excuse me while I was browsing, she just rushed me through wow, like she doesn't care. and saw few customer were waiting, just noticed that worker ignored it. By the way she's not AAPI friendly, look like she's not comfortable with AAPI at the ER mall because there's bunches of AAPI shopper by the Seafood city and others. And when I got to her the cashier, I asked her name and she pointed at the receipts. Yeah that's Claudia. Not even friendly greeting and her way of saying, "Have a nice day" with her sarcasm attitudes. What a rude Latina young lady, obivously racist!. Then why is Claudia working there even she's not AAPI friendly. So go find other jobs where you prefer to work with your own people, get out of here!. (eyes rolling)

I went this morning. It's an awesome store! The store itself is give it 5 starts.The reason I'm giving it a 3 stars is that little girl working this morning. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment, especially since she is in customer service.

this store should be not called dollar king because it is a fake advertisement. each item is like $1.49 stop misleading people . you as a owner dont make sense fake advertisement with the sign please change it be real or don't lie especially your brother is glendale cop or a detective which means we trust them now you making us not to trust you . very embarrassing as a armenian you are

The store is lovely and good to have as an additional around Eagle Rock community. We often stop by and most essential every day stuff are here to find, everything is $1.21, plus tax. Good value around town. Pleasant visit each time. The only thing to watch out for is wrong input of items at checkout. Sometimes its an error that they may double charge. They don't give an itemized receipt, so the count of individual items you have may be different from what they charge. So, just make sure ahead you know how many items,so you get an idea what to pay before checkout. And settle bill there.
