The big girl with the glasses (so called manager ) was rude and unprofessional when , I just asked to use the restroom , she lied and said it was out of order. Treated like a second class citizen. She should not work around people if you’re going treat people badly. I have money I’m not a homeless wa just three to pick up a script . Shop elsewhere

I recently visited the CVS store located on Colorado Boulevard in Eagle Rock, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. This location is a gem in the neighborhood, offering a wide variety of products and exceptional customer service.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the staff. The store is immaculately clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. The aisles are spacious and clearly labeled, which made my shopping experience smooth and efficient.
A special shoutout to the manager, Philip, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant visit. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. He was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even offering recommendations that suited my needs perfectly. It's clear that Philip takes great pride in his work and in maintaining such a high standard for the store.
The pharmacy staff is equally impressive, providing prompt and courteous service. They were knowledgeable and took the time to explain my prescription details thoroughly.
Overall, this CVS location is a top-notch store thanks to its excellent product selection, clean environment, and exceptional customer service led by Manager Philip. I highly recommend this CVS to anyone in the Eagle Rock area. Thank you, Philip, and the entire CVS team for making each visit a pleasant and efficient experience!

Dess fails every time to be kind ,nice and respectful,when treating Hispanic customers, someone needs to address this with Dess,she fails on her mark as Customer Service.It is so unpleasant to be attended by this rude person.

Went in for a specific item for the 2nd week in a row that the website said was "in stock." Got there and it wasn't; Very frustrating! I like this CVS, but may change loyalties if this happens again.

Located in Eagle Rock, the CVS Pharmacy is a go-to spot for those seeking candy and health and beauty products. One standout feature is the limited number of locked-up products, making browsing and shopping a breeze. Additionally, the regular discounts, whether in the form of dollars off or percentage discounts, sweeten the deal for savvy shoppers. Overall, it's a convenient and cost-effective destination for stocking up on essentials and indulging in treats. i do have a love hate relationship with the self checkout. One pet peeve I have is the store doesn't price match if it is found cheaper on their website.

I received horrible customer service from an employee, Jennifer or Yennifer not sure of her name. She should never work the cash register. She should only work stocking the floor and never dealing with the customers
