These 5 are for "AARON" the Pharmacy Technician @ Eagle Rock CVS. He is a genuinely compassionate, caring and helpful person. Unlike any other Pharmacist or Tech I have ever spoken to at any CVS anywhere. My local CVS inside Target La Canada failed again to order medication I have been taking for five years. After literally 16 days of checking progress of refills on 2 prescriptions, I received a voicemail from them, with three phone numbers of other CVS locations to call myself- to ask if they had medication in stock and ask to have it transferred to them. smh

I can't believe that you called this pharmacy and always the pharmacist there or the people that work in the pharmacy. They have a terrible attitude never help you and it's not the right thing that you check on this Pharmacy.

The employee sergio that works here Loves to harass people and follow them around the store.... He has been busted accusing people Of stealing when they have receipts... Instead of getting security, he tries to touch And grab at people himself... He has tried to grab me several times. He has followed me around the store. Management does nothing even when I recorded him doing this.... I have made several complaints to several different managers. Now I complained to corporate directly.

I'm not from eagle rock, but I stoped by cvs because I needed a few things before I head back home. I didn't know where anything was so I asked these two nice lady's who were on the floor stocking items. If I can remember it was Destiny, and Jocelyn. These two lady's were so sweet made me feel so comfortable. And even offered me to apply for the care pass. And I did :) since I am a frequent shopper at cvs. Once again thank you !! HK

The pharmacy hours just changed but they didn't bother updating online. I showed up like an idiot to find out the store is open but the pharmacy is not. This store is just a glorified 7-11 it's not a real pharmacy with these horrible hours that they don't even communicate properly.

Been coming to this specific pharmacy for over 7 years. Dr. Andy and the additional pharmacy staff (especially Mary) are absolutely phenomenal. I come here for the top of the line care and time taken for every pharmacy customer. Every visit is a smooth process. They answer difficult questions and are truly present and empathetic to your personal situation. Best medical team, techs, and pharmacists- hands down!

First time visiting this location. Didn't explore the place because I already knew what I wanted so I went straight to those aisles. Best part was that I was finally able to use my 40% off coupon on one item and 25% off coupon for the whole purchase. Saved quite a bit on my Revlon hair product and Olay facial moisturizer. These things can add up, so my coupons really helped a lot.I used the self checkout which was easy and self explanatory to use. You always get a lot of coupons afterwards which I don't always use, but they can be useful. Free parking which was surprisingly kind of full for an evening quick purchase run.

On Wednesday 4.27.2022 I took my elderly mother in a wheelchair to get her 4th booster. No appointment was made as the Monday prior my sister had brought in our dad and he was given the "courtesy" of walking in and getting the booster. The website also stated walkins were welcomed. My mom on the other hand was not given the same "courtesy" despite no one being there waiting to get boosted. Elderly, eligible because she's immune compromised and yet, while we were there mom in a wheel chair the most "kind" pharmacist couldn't stop whatever tf she was doing to help. No one waiting. No obvious appo at that time. Should I have made an appo sure, but since this Pharmacy is sexist only my dad was extended this "courtesy". That was the last and only time I'll walk into that CVS. The CVS on York took my mom asap...

This CVS Pharmacy here in 1030 Colorado Blvd. Eagle Rock Ca is staffed with unprofessional people and the worst of humanity. They care not for the people they must served but only to themselves. For many years I have forgiven their worst attitudes, but this time I have to tell you the truth that they all worst before and now worst or horrible if you will. Being in the pharmacy you must be compassionate, respectful, and good listeners. I am sorry for all of you !

I change my insurance and had to switch to CVS pharmacies. I asked my MD to call in my RX to the Eagle Rock pharmacy that is closest to my home in Pasadena. I called in to check to see if my RX was filled. I was put on hold 3 times and after an extended wait, I was hung up on, each time. At one time, the pharmacist answered and said he would check to see if my RX was ready. He again put me on hold, went away and then hung up. The fourth time I called, and after an extended wait, I was asked again to hold. I said "Please don't put me on hold again". They then hung up. I do not want to deal with this pharmacy!!! I will call my MD and ask if she will call my RX into a different CVS. If I have the same experience with them--I don't know what I will do. This is really the worse service I have ever experienced from a pharmacy. I was so happy with my RiteAid in La Canada. I am really sad that my insurance doesn't use them.

I'm not sure why I keep giving this CVS chances. Every time I've gone there's always been an issue, but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I went in and asked to print a document and was told that I could do so at the Kodak station. Great! Connected my phone via WiFi to their system, attached my documents to the print queue, and then done... or so I thought. Gave it about 5 min but nothing happened. I asked one of the employees for assistance and he said the paper wasn't loaded. He loaded a stack, and it didn't reprint as it was already completed in the system. No problem, I'll try again. Did the same routine and then presto it started printing! I went to the register and handed the cashier my receipt and she charged me and took my cash prior to handing me the printed documents. As soon as I felt the paper, I noticed it was glossy photo paper and not a normal sheet of paper for a document; A pen would smear on this surface. I immediately told this to the cashier and to the employee standing there and they claimed this was the only paper Kodak gave them. Well, if that is the case (which I doubt), that would've been nice to know prior to me wasting 25 minutes inside your store. Just like everyone else in LA, you don't value anyone's time and here's your rating for it. Not even an apology uttered, not even a breath bothered to offer a refund on such a small transaction. Thanks for nothing! Enjoy
