“I wish I could give them 6 stars. I ended up buying some 22" rims for my Jokermobile on OfferUp that I thought were all black. Turns out that the guy had spray painted the lip without using primer, so when I got the tires changed, all the paint came off and exposed a bunch of curb rash as well. I did it know what to do. I hit up Affordable Wheel Repair after seeing some pics on Instagram showing the amazing work they do. They took care of me. In 1 day I went home with all the curb rash gone on all 4 wheels. All of them painted a nice flat black and looking like brand new wheels for under 180 bucks. They work on all kinds of cars too. I have seen BMWs and Mercedez-Benz's there next to the Toyotas and Fords. I was really excited until I saw that one of my tpms sensors was acting up. I went back. They were super friendly. They took care of me the same day, again! Turns out one of the sensor batteries had just died. It had nothing to do with the wheel repair. They were able to get me a new sensor, and reprogram it in the same day. Like I said, 6 star service. I will definitely go back to them any time I have anything wrong with one of my wheels.”

Called the nearest shop before they were technically open, Mike at Chino Tires answered and directed me to slowly drive it 1 min away to his shop. “Nobody has a great day when their car gets a flat tire, but I swear my day was made going to Normandie Tire Shop. Quick and efficient service, first and foremost. It took maybe thirty minutes in and out. But that time flew by even faster because the owner was so charming! I loved hearing about his wonderful wife and daughter - so much pride and care for this family owned and run business. Of course Charlie the cat didn't hurt either, such a handsome gentleman! But, more importantly for this review, if you come here you get incredible service with excellent communication. They saw the nail, they gave me my options and I never felt pushed or upsold. The used tire I needed was a very, very reasonable price. And I got to wait in a tire shop that could easily be a gorgeous plant store. I hope I don't have to get a new tire or a patch any time soon, but I wouldn't go anywhere else to fix it!”

“I booked an appointment for 1:15pm, I arrived on time and they told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half which was inconvenient but I could've dealt with it. 2 hours later they still hadn't started on my car. I understand being short staffed, but communication sucked and I don't understand the point of having appointments. Update: Edwin the Manager called me and got me taken care of, I appreciated the effort and will be back for my next vehicle needs!”
