Things got kind of bumpy at first when you first start the way I see it is how bad do you want something? Have you get a company that gives you an opportunity and you make an effort and you meet the standards it’s all about what you produce as an employee do you want to better yourself prove it That’s what you Gotta do. Actions speak louder than words, and I must admit starting a Pro Pacific is greener than Green could be making mistakes. Were they gave you or they gave me or they would give anybody an opportunity? You gotta prove it gotta prove that you’re hungry enough to struggle to learn to keep the job I did and I’m happy they’re all I can say so far so good thank you Pro Pacific for the opportunity and the experience .

I work at a school and we are out of session at 2:15 everyday. I leave at 2, but am constantly having to wait for the drivers to show up, usually between 4-5!!! I have complained several times, but no one ever responds. Their produce is mediocre at best and their selection of products is minimal. I really don't understand how they are able to stay in business. Zero customer service help, ridiculous delivery times and bad products. Too many other options out there to keep doing business with this company!

Terrible place to work. OSHA violations, delivery driver DUI's, accidents go unreported. No background checks performed.They pay minimum wage, and would pay less if they could. They do not provide any kind of training or safety equipment for any of their employees. Trucks break down constantly. Promises to employees go unfulfilled. Other employers in the region know how bad this company is, so leave it off your resume if you actually end up working here. The sales dept is toxic. High turnover in HR and of course the warehouse too. You can see it on the faces of the people working here...stay away.

Extremely disorganized. Doesn't value experience. Pushing People to impossible. Lying and cheating on hours. Decreasing pay as if living expenses are rising.
