My business partner spent $37 for second day delivery with direct signature. Noted call the receiver at the gate. I waited for a whole day and checked the status online. The driver came to my gate without calling me, just left a door tag and left. I know he wants getting off. Never choose FedEx again.

Bizarre ritual of waiting at the gate for them to bring me my package. The outrageous security is extremely off-putting and standing in the rain sucked. Pretty sure this didn't need to be such an unfriendly, unwelcoming experience. At least the staff were friendly and seemed embarrassed by the circumstances.

Normally I have had great success with FedEx but today was different. I ordered an expensive camera that required a signature. Both the store and FedEx said so. I was sitting in my room when I got a text that the package was delivered. I went to the door and it was there but no signature. When I looked up the Proof of Delivery it had my signature printed there. I called Fedex and they said this was unacceptable.

Fed Ex drivers, at least ours, are great people. Packages arrive as scheduled unless held up from a storm, and tracking any issues is easy.

Was an address mix up. They dropped my package in Paradise at Walgreens safe and sound the same day!!!

Delivery driver is refusing to deliver packages and lying that our home is closed. We were even outside the truck and he sped off. No one will answer the phone to assist, and online delivery instructions doesn't seem to work either because these drivers are incompetent.

Won’t deliver certain packages without a signature and I work all day so they returned my gift for a baby shower since they refused to leave it at my door as I instructed. And the rudest customer service people. When you tell them you don’t have time for a signature they freak the hell out. It really is a control problem with this facility. They’re holding peoples packages hostage and taunting the customer with delivery updates that don’t work. Like you say deliver at door and they refuse without a signature.

The delivery drivers for fedex are a bunch of lying sons of b****** they say they can't find the address when they get back to the yard because they're too d*** lazy the to d*** lazy Gloria glorified swift drivers It's the only company that can deliver a package right as UPS And the Post Office

First off I'll start by saying that I was d*** enough to take a day off from work and wait at home all day. Just for the driver to get here (late), open the door, go in the back, rummage round, hop back in the driver seat and take off all while I'm standing on my front porch watching them. They then proceed to drive a hundred yards from my house, stop, put their hazards on, and update that they tried to make a delivery attempt. Don't even bother calling the corporate number (which I did) because they won't be helpful at all either and they'll tell you that there's nothing they can do. Stick to UPS, they aren't liars

The drivers leave packages, in plain view from the street, when there's better places to leave the packages on the porch...like behind a pillar or bush. I have directly contacted FedEx, but the situation is still occurring. UPS hides the packages, but FedEx doesn't seem to care if our packages are safe.
