We have had nothing but issues with this garbage service. They look for any excuse to charge for extra garbage, even if the lid of the garbage is just pushed up a bit. I've caught them skipping days and have gotten attitude for calling them out on it. They expect me to call them if they "forget," to pick up, like I'm supposed to babysit them doing their job. I had to ask them repeatedly just to push the dumpster back to where it's supposed to be. And the driver blew up on me and said he was going to charge extra for whatever he could from now on. They're the only business in town and completely use this to their advantage. It's a miracle to even get them on the phone. Completely unprofessional people. Do not trust them at all.
