The music at the gas pumps, inside the store, and even the restroom is so loud and annoying I can't even hear myself think. I tried to get fuel but I was so distracted by the super loud annoying music that I pressed the wrong button which screwed up the whole system and it wouldn't cancel out. So I left. No sale.
And their announcements are so loud I literally couldn't even hear the podcast I was listening to in my earbuds.

It would be sweet if all stall doors in the women's restroom had hooks. Some do, others are missing. A lady has to put her purse on the floor or not bring it.

Pisspoor customer experience. I've traveled all over the country hitch hiking before and after covid. This is the only store I've been told I can hangout durning the day not bothering anyone purchasing food drink and cigarettes. Temp is 97 degrees and no trucker lounge at this location to cool down. Definitely not recommending this location to anyone.

Oevrall satisfied. Great staff and selection of snacks and drinks. Outdated showers are in dire need of a remodeling! The years of constant use are revealed with the obvious signs of wear and tear. Wouldn't hurt to give the laundromat a nice new look with a few more washer/dryer units.

Really busy place, but it was a really high travel day. Bathrooms could have used some cleaning but again, lots of people, might have been hard to keep up with the crowd.

I just want to say, please don’t keep the Holy Books and the Holy Bible near washrooms. Its so embarrassing. We should Learn from other religions, how they respect their religious Books.

It's a good truck stop my only complaint is towards the back of the lot by the storm water drainage pond there is a couple of garbage cans and throughout the ground are lots of holes dug by rats. after the sun began to set the rats came out in force!!!! They were all over!!!! Big rats jumping in and out of the trash cans, running all over the place and under the trucks. There was no freakin way I was going to sleep with my window open to let in cool air. Please please please look into this issue my friends at Pilot Travel Center you guys are awesome. Thank you.
