My husband and I required emergency road service today. Juan personally stopped to help. We had not called Road Assistance yet. Immediately he identified our RV problem. He was able to fix the problem on site. However we followed him a few miles to his shop where his staff performed some preventative maintenance All we met today were friendly, courteous and honest.
