Helped a parent return cable WiFi equipment. Be sure to get checked in as it's first come first serve assistance. Minimal wait time, maybe 5-7 minutes. Destiny was helpful and possessed good communication skills, good customer service. We were in/out in about 15 minutes.

The people who work at the stores are rude because they think I'm supposed to know everything they have been taught in their training. They promise the world and then when it finally gets set up it's a lower package than they promised. These "agents" are mcd's workers with Comcast vests.they will lie and deceive you so they can get back to chatting with their coworkers. Comcast/Xfinity is just a scam anyway. They quote you a price then nickel and dime you for everything. Their prices change every month and they lie about any discounts and don't care if you cancel. If you want to cancel you have to send 3 emails and be subjected to harassment every step of the way. Read books stop using Comcast.

Nice for the time I was there. I had paid for 800meg service for 2 years and changed to tmobile for their internet only $30.00 I ran it for a month in My house I ran a speed test with them xfinity on line. My account was getting 100mb to 120 download and 90 to 100 upload speeds, so I have been overpaying by about 40 dollars a month for 2 years. Tmobile best there speed test and saves me 113 dollars a month. Funny no offer to refund or credit my service I think they know they can't compete. In Addition they said there was an error on my account...if so and I've been getting poor speeds for years why was I never contacted, the problem corrected or credited the difrence for the actual speeds?

With streaming so available these days, you'll never catch me in any cable/internet store.. It's always the wait that I'm too impatient for, lol, or walking out not happy, locked into agreements, etc... I had to return some Peacock equipment that I got when I signed up for internet service. It was under my bed collecting dust cuz have no idea what peacock is and with Netflix/Hulu, it didn't catch my interest. I stopped by this Comcast location while doing errands and had a good experience. I walked in and was greeted right away and he actually ended up helping me. Returning equipment was fast and easy. It was pretty busy in there from what I saw and the gentleman helping me was all smiles and super friendly. I haaaaaate being stuck in phone/internet/cable places for hours and I was so glad the process was super quick and efficient. Even tho I live in the opposite end of Dublin, I'd totally come back to this location if ever the need.

Have been a Comcast customer for 20+ years. They never disappoint with their ability to raise prices with only adequate technology. Customer service is a complete joke.

I called xfinity to replace my old gen Pods with their new gen pods for WiFi at home, only to find out that my monthly service charge went up from $187 to $215 and I don't even have the pods??? When contacted xfinity, being passed from one agent to another for 5 times (over a 5-hour wait time in total), no one could tell me why the monthly fees went up, and no one knew anything about their services and the offering. The best is to avoid Comcast/xfinity if you can.

The people are very unprofessional and money minded. I think they get commission for cheating people and customers. I went and asked to activate my phone, the guy refused me back to chat, while chat asked me to go there!! I was really hurt and disrespected.

Went for upgrade and the lady who was assisting me, entered wrong delivery address , submitted the order. FedEx returned the phone because of wrong address, and now Xfinity won't remove the phone from my mobile line and I have spend more than 6 hours with customer, went to the store and no one can help, it's already a month, only good thing is they did charge monthly, but I cannot upgrade anymore. So Xfinity is pathetic and their software sucks.

Subject: Disheartening Experience with XFINITY Trade-In ServiceI've been a loyal XFINITY customer for the past 7 years, but my recent encounter with their trade-in service has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.Despite my history with XFINITY, a recent trade-in transaction for three new phones turned into a nightmare. The claim for one of the phones was rejected, and to my disbelief, I received a broken phone in return. The original device I sent was in perfect condition, making this discrepancy unacceptable.Seeking assistance from customer service proved equally disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, I was redirected to ASSURANT, XFINITY's trade-in vendor, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated with the lack of support from XFINITY.Adding to the frustration, the manager at the Xfinity Store in Dublin, CA (4104 Grafton St) was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Strangely, my appointment was canceled post our conversation, raising suspicions about the sincerity of their customer support.Given this experience, I strongly caution others to think twice before engaging in trade-ins with XFINITY. If you do choose to proceed, ensure meticulous documentation of the device's condition and packaging for your own protection.This incident has significantly shaken my confidence in XFINITY, and I hope they take swift action to address and rectify this matter.

Avoid!!!! Hands down the most deceptive rip off ever! Bundled our phone, internet and TV they promised a new iPhone 15pro free, it never showed up then they tried to charge full price. Still can't get the auto deduct set up, customer service in India just pointless to talk to them.

Went to the Dublin location on Grafton St, went early to drop off my equipment boxes, was greeted at the entrance by a team member, who directed to an associate, to help me, Mr Barrett F was very helpful, very understanding and knowledgeable, very professional and took care of my billing and other issues was in and out feeling taken care of, every staff at this location was very professional each member would meet ,greet and listen to their customers and provide their excellent service. Was made to feel welcome and left the store feeling happy my work was done. Thanks Dublin store.

I've always had great customer service and experience at this store. I have never waited more than 1 hour max as a walk-in without an appointment. All of my questions and problems were resolved, which I could never get on the phone as Xfinity has outsourced all of their call centers to the Philippines, Africa and South America. The in store reps are the only reason I still kept my service with Xfinity. Also, I've had minimal problems with my home internet service compared to other companies.

Xfinity should get negative stars. They committed fraud and sold a streaming service instead of live tv. Unreal. They claim to be less expensive but they are just an AI/auto service that cuts corners and engages in fraudulent activity. Never use them. Ever.
