Wish I never left T-Mobile, as soon as my contract is done I'm going immediately back. Was promised (2) $100 gift cards for signing up back in December, realized it was a total scam and lie (funny thing is they are still promoting this stuff). 6+ months later nothing and no help from anyone in person except to dismiss me and that it's not their fault it was "bad timing" around Christmas lol. Xfinity Mobile also has horrible connection everywhere you go, you mostly have to rely on Wifi. I'll pay more for better service and quality without the scams at T-Mobile.

Dropped off unused equipment but still being charged for it. Went in to talk to a service rep about the charge and he was very dismissive of my issue. He wouldn’t take the time to pull up my actual bill to investigate the charge. He just kept looking at my OLD account and telling me didn’t see any equipment and ignored me when I said the charge was on my current account. waste of my time going to the store. He said he would put a ticket in but I’ve gotten ZERO verification of any ticket to fix my issue. now I have to call XFinity or reschedule an appt.

Went in there looking to upgrade my phone, sales associate was extremely rude and "stuck up" for no reason!!
I say "stuck up" because I don't know what to call a person that has a phantom lisp when talking down to someone.
She had an appt she had to get to, and she made that VERY CLEAR.
So I was just trying buy the phone and get out of there, but she was trying to add a line - which is neither here nor there, because I eventually would have needed to get one for my daughter.
I say all this to say, customer service is SEVERELY lacking in the DUBLIN location.
Maybe she was mad that I wasn't financing the phone?
When I told her I didn't understand financing, she proceeded to tell me that "people finance phones when they don't have the money upfront to purchase the phone outright."
(Wth?)
Then I just told her, no I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS. I will forget to make a payment, and you guys will want the phone back. So I just prefer to pay for things upfront. And I chuckled, and I think she chuckled too... but I honestly don't remember seeing her smile the whole time I was trying to make the purchase.
I looked at my watch, asked her what time do they close, she said in 30 mins, I took my stuff, turned to my family, and said let's go!
I turned to my husband and told him I couldn't deal with her rudeness another minute. AND WALKED OUT.
When we got outside, he said- he didn't know how I put up with it THAT LONG.
I REALLY tried to put up with her "I'm off in 30 minutes" attitude, but a customer can only take so much.
Plus I used to work in the cell phone world, so I know she was aiming for a sale...
But her horrible, belittling, snobby, "I don't have time for this" attitude - made me get out of there like the building WAS ON FIRE.
Or maybe it's just that location?
I should have known better...
This location had 3.2 stars on Google.
Xfinity, please hire A.I. for the Dublin location!

You have the worst customer service, you need to be transparent about what your doing with your internet service, you should refund the correct amount for the service your not providing

Im a foreign national and using Xfinity for more than an year. I was denied a mobile line because they need a US/Canadian/Mexican passport only / Drivers license or state ID.
As a foreign national with a valid foreign passport and a US govt issued visa and SSN, looks like any of these are not valid forms of ID to them and denied the service.
Don't understand how a foreign national who can't drive is supposed to present a US passport/ license for verification.

Today I was a little confused about the operation of my mobile phone, so I went to this nearby "Xfinity Store by Comcast". It was the first time I came into this clean and spacious store...my eyes lit up and I felt quite comfortable. After I walked in a few steps, a staff member named Han came to help me. In fact, he has never encountered the same problems I encountered when checking on my mobile phone, but after his test, he immediately helped me solve the problem. I am really grateful to him, and his colleagues are also very nice, very polite, and their services are very cordial.

Gave me the impetus to investigate other methods and companies to work with. The standard answer, although done politely, was "we are merely a conduit", without solutions.

Helped a parent return cable WiFi equipment. Be sure to get checked in as it's first come first serve assistance. Minimal wait time, maybe 5-7 minutes. Destiny was helpful and possessed good communication skills, good customer service. We were in/out in about 15 minutes.

The people who work at the stores are rude because they think I'm supposed to know everything they have been taught in their training. They promise the world and then when it finally gets set up it's a lower package than they promised. These "agents" are mcd's workers with Comcast vests.they will lie and deceive you so they can get back to chatting with their coworkers. Comcast/Xfinity is just a scam anyway. They quote you a price then nickel and dime you for everything. Their prices change every month and they lie about any discounts and don't care if you cancel. If you want to cancel you have to send 3 emails and be subjected to harassment every step of the way. Read books stop using Comcast.

Nice for the time I was there. I had paid for 800meg service for 2 years and changed to tmobile for their internet only $30.00 I ran it for a month in My house I ran a speed test with them xfinity on line. My account was getting 100mb to 120 download and 90 to 100 upload speeds, so I have been overpaying by about 40 dollars a month for 2 years. Tmobile best there speed test and saves me 113 dollars a month. Funny no offer to refund or credit my service I think they know they can't compete. In Addition they said there was an error on my account...if so and I've been getting poor speeds for years why was I never contacted, the problem corrected or credited the difrence for the actual speeds?

With streaming so available these days, you'll never catch me in any cable/internet store.. It's always the wait that I'm too impatient for, lol, or walking out not happy, locked into agreements, etc... I had to return some Peacock equipment that I got when I signed up for internet service. It was under my bed collecting dust cuz have no idea what peacock is and with Netflix/Hulu, it didn't catch my interest. I stopped by this Comcast location while doing errands and had a good experience. I walked in and was greeted right away and he actually ended up helping me. Returning equipment was fast and easy. It was pretty busy in there from what I saw and the gentleman helping me was all smiles and super friendly. I haaaaaate being stuck in phone/internet/cable places for hours and I was so glad the process was super quick and efficient. Even tho I live in the opposite end of Dublin, I'd totally come back to this location if ever the need.

Have been a Comcast customer for 20+ years. They never disappoint with their ability to raise prices with only adequate technology. Customer service is a complete joke.
