“Specialty stores like this are so important and helpful when you need great products and advice, and so many products are in stock so you can just get to work on your project. I'm not a pro, just a homeowner who bought my flooring through them in 2007 (or '06) and who returned this year to see if I could tackle damage in my rental. Stores that cater to pros can potentially feel intimidating to the DIY / weekend warrior. I go in humble, looking for help and come out delighted. Thank you!”

All refunds will be issued by check and mailed within 7 to 10 business days. Items cannot be returned for a refund past the 30 days purchase date.The date of your purchase was on 09/30/22, and you came to our shop to make a return on 01/6/23. Since your purchase date was well over 30 days, we could have denied your return. We are predominately a wholesaler, but we understand that some of our retail customers may need more than 30 days to complete their staircase project which is why we allow in certain cases for customers to return items for a partial refund past 30 days. However the restocking fee increases each month from the time it takes you to return your items.We would like to apologize to you if we were not clear about this, or if there was any misunderstanding regarding our return policy. I reviewed our email correspondence, and we did inform you of a possible increase of restocking fee that will be applied if returns are past 30 days of the purchase date. But since we did not have any additional info regarding your exact purchase date at the time of your email inquiry, we failed to inform you that the restocking fee was going to be 60%. You had the choice to take back your returned items but you declined to do so.It is nice to hear that your staircase has been completed, and that you are satisfied with our products. “I’ve been shopping at this Costco for years. Very clean and organized. Most of the workers here are really helpful and professional. One man today helped me out, and I was so touched by his sweetness, humility, and kind nature - I was at the checkout line with my box of pastries - he said they were buy one, get one free. Then he tells me to sit tight, and he runs all the way to the back of the store and brings another box of pastries for me…had to snap a photo of him (cropped out his face for privacy) and give him a shoutout! Thank you, Craig! You are so awesome! ?”
