I came here just for their Berry chantilly cake. I wanted to ensure I snagged one for hubby's birthday so I ordered it online ahead of time with the pick up time. I didn't realize the worker would be waiting at the front of the store with the cake in hand. He gave it to me and then I felt pretty bad b/c I ended up asking him which way was the bakery (while holding my cake). He was probably a bit confused but I also didn't know he'd be AT the front of the store. I thought I would be picking it up AT the bakery area. I wanted them to write Happy birthday on it. The display had quite a few berry chantilly cakes so I guess I would've been okay not ordering ahead but I couldn't take that chance. Also, I had read reviews on here saying that they skimped on the berries. From the looks of it, mine looked like the ones in the display case and they had a good amount of berries on them, so seems they fixed this issue :) The guy at the bakery had a bit of a strange and awkward personality and didn't like it that I set the cake box on the countertop b/c I was apparently squishing a paper that was taped on the counter, and made sure I knew he didn't like it. It's not that serious my dude. He looked at me and was like, "you just picked up that cake..." I go yeah I know. I told him that I wanted writing on the cake and had me verify the form. He made it seem like it would be a while until it could be done b/c a baker would have to write it. I'm thinking oh goodness. When I asked how long would be the wait, he said like 3 minutes. ok, he could've just led with that. Overall not the best interaction with him. I also picked up a mini cheesecake with a big strawberry on top. The cheesecake was yummy but the crust was made of what tasted like gingersnap cookies. The icing/frosting on top was really thick and hard. It was okay for me but hubby didn't like it. The chantilly cake however was delicious! I would get it again, everyone liked it and I see what everyone is talking about.

Dismissive Service Experience Saturday, March 9, 2024 Time: 12:20 PM I recently stopped by Whole Foods to pick up a couple of organic orange juices. While the products themselves were satisfactory, I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the service I received at checkout #1. Upon approaching the counter, the cashier checked me out in a rushed manner, pushing my items and receipt aside as if eager to move on to the next customer. When I requested a bag for my purchases, as they were awkward to carry, the response was rather dismissive. While I did receive the bag eventually, the overall interaction left much to be desired in terms of courtesy and attentiveness. As a customer, I value feeling valued and appreciated during my shopping experience. Unfortunately, this encounter fell short of those expectations. I hope that in the future, the staff at Whole Foods will prioritize customer satisfaction and improve their service standards.

Very rude worker, don't know her name but African American woman with purple and black braids. She was working in the sandwich assembly area. Extremely rude when I asked if soup was available. Did not feel comfortable asking any more questions. Other than that it was clean and neat. Would like for something to be done regarding her negative, condescending attitude.

Clean store, fresh produce and fresh meat. I love coming down to Whole Foods. For the organic products like milk, eggs - you can find better price here. And freshness of the produce and meat cannot be matched.

Mediocre store. Carts often aren’t available at the entrance. They are left piled up in the return areas. I just witnessed a blatant retail theft by an individual. He loaded up his cart with various items and walked right out without paying. The employees did absolutely nothing to stop him. Guess what, they will raise the prices to cover their losses. I took a picture of the guy who did the theft. He sat down outside and begin consuming the items he stole.

My husband and I come here every Friday to hang out at the bar since it's a 5min walk from our home. Love coming here, the bartender Shannon is amazing and always provides us the best service. She always makes us feel welcomed and is very quick to check in if we need anything! I also like how they added a lot to their menu so you can have a drink and some food at the bar (their pizza is great!) definitely recommend coming to hang out here.

I was having a REALLY stressful (when it rains it pours) day at work and headed over to Whole Foods to grab some lunch on my break. At checkout I ran into an issue where my card was taking forever to work and I was having issues with service. Dottie was so patient, kind, and understanding with me. That small interaction really turned my entire day around for the better. An interaction I'll be grateful for for time to come. Thank you Dottie.

Dirtiest kitchen I've ever seen, one of the employees told me not to be honest to customers. They touch the ground without washing their hands and go back, and they put spoons on dirty surfaces while cooking. Also, they keep food for 5 days.

The meat department is very helpful. We called in advance to reserve a Tomahawk steak and the staff is great that pack up one that’s better than all the ones displayed in the meat refrigerator.

When the salad bar is tended to its amazing. Wish more variety was offered like it was pre covid. Please bring back all the epic options to the salad bar!

I've been to this Whole Foods maybe 6-7 times now and maybe 4-5 times I've had sour interactions with employees. Compared to my experience with Whole Foods employees in the San Ramon, San Jose, and Santa Clara locations, this one is comparatively the worst. I've never had trouble with any other location. Dismissive, snappy, and rude employees. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because I have met a nice employee in the meat section before.

A couple of co-workers and I were in the area for training and stayed at a hotel for the week. We got tired of eating out and wanted food we could heat up in our rooms. Yes, we could heat fast food but we wanted something prepared with a little more care. I searched and found this Whole Foods nestled in the heart of Dublin. From the moment we stepped inside, the ambiance exuded an inviting charm, with vibrant displays of fresh produce and artisanal goods. The place was clean, bright, and chill. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty sandwich from the deli, a freshly baked loaf from the bakery, or a decadent treat from the dessert counter, there's something to satisfy every craving. The hot food and salad bar area was my main destination and it did not disappoint. While walking through the market, I found a friendly and knowledgeable staff member at every turn, all busy stocking, tidying up, or offering assistance and recommendations. Getting in and out of the store was easy and the check-out process was a breeze.
