Went in on a Sunday 8/25/24 to the Dublin location to get an alignment. Great customer service, able to get me out fast. Sales and Service Specialist, Rohail Durban, very professional, friendly, and patiently took the time to go over the details of the issues with the alignment.

I needed my tires rotated and an alignment. I decided to wait for my vehicle while the work was done. I was happy to see Lela Gomez, the Service Manager, when I walked in the door. She is the hardest working employee I have ever experienced at this location. I have observed her multiple times, and after this visit, just felt I needed to give her a shout out for being an EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE. She is courteous to all (even on the phone), A WEALTH OF KNOWLEDGE, does an EXCELLENT job of keeping you informed on the progress of the work, juggles MANY customers and tasks at once, and does her job in such an OUTSTANDING way that I have never witnessed before. She is the heart of the smooth operation at this location. If it were up to me, she’d get a HUGE RAISE!! I will continue to patronize this location as long as Lela Gomez is the service manager!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got lifetime alignment on my car. Then when I pick up the car they tell me that the manufacturer does specify alignment for the rear. They should have told me this information to me before I paid for the lifetime alignment, if the rear doesn’t even allow for alignment. They should have given me this info in the beginning. Then I would have information to make a decision if I even wanted to get the lifetime alignment.

Great experience. One wheel wheel of my 15 yr old car had bad studs that got destroyed when I was doing some hobby work on the brakes. Got the car towed to the location with the wheel hanging on by one nut! Someone less scrupulous could have easily taken advantage of the situation by changing unnecessary parts (like the hub), etc. But these guys replaced all the studs over the weekend, charged the bare minimum necessary to get the job done and were a pleasure to deal with. The only time I went to the shop was to pick the car up. Vastly exceeded by expectations, hence giving them a great review.

After a stressful afternoon of learning a nail was in my tire, I came here to get my tire repaired. Thank you to Rohail to helping to fix to find my tire and fixing the tire on the spot. I didn’t have to come back the next day and stress about not being able to get to work. Super grateful for him being on it n going the extra mile for me! S/o to Rohail for the win!

Excellent service from Manager Mike and passionate workers . trust me this makes huge difference. I went for tires for my BMW (after irritating experience from Costco tires ) now a days customer satisfaction is an illusion, some other wheel work locations also had bad experience Dublin Location A+ service , Generally I am a fan of Costco, But Mike and team made the all difference please keep up good work

I like the convenience of the Dublin WheelWorks near where I live to replace flat tire and commitment to customer safety on the road, associates being straightfoward and honest during car maintenance and servicing needs, which builds trust.

Friendly rep, good prices, fast service. I came in for a burned out headlight but also needed tires, which I was saving up for. Their price was half of what my last set from Big O cost, so I went for it. I also bought the extended lifetime free alignment service. Worth it for me because my old tires had half their tread left, but worn completely out on the edge. Car was ready in 4 hours. They didn't have a sensor the car needed but offered to install it for free when it came in.

I had to get some tires today and absolutely hate going into tire shops as a female. I get answers like I’m stupid when I know more than most guys do. Today when I went into this store I walked in expecting the “normal” experience I usually get, but today was different. There was a super helpful and polite female at the desk when I walked in. Not only did she treat me like an actual person, she was honest with prices and time frames. I’m a busy person so being given a realistic time frame was helpful. I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to her, the name on her card says Lela, so thank you Lela for how I was treated by you in your shop today. I’ll be coming for future services just because of you!
