avoid this location for any type of customer service- the service manager MELESA BIRGE is a liability to this company. I accidently left my atm card in the atm machine, as I didnt realize it. When I went back to hopefully retrieve it, it was closing time and she dismissed me without even checking. She asked me for my name and then immediately told me "we dont have it". The next day I went back and attempted to retrieve my card, in hopes that someone else could help me, as I was talking to another teller, MELESA BIRGE barged into the conversation and said "we dont have your card". i pleaded with them to please just go check, how could you know if you physically dont check? The teller went and was able to find my card in the atm machine Thankfully. as I expected. The "service manager" MELESA, didnt even have the decency to apologize to me. Her employees were abhorred by her actions as well I could see the look on their face. I contacted customer care, and i will be contacting the branch manager, the area manager and advocacy group. This woman has no business working in ANY type of leadership roles including customer care. shame on her.

I'd strongly recommend Wells Fargo at Dublin Hills branch and give them 5 stars. Great thank to Linda Xiao ZHou and Kimberly Johnson who helped me wiring in the bank for emergency needs. Their professional assistance and friendly supportive services made me feel warm and they treated their clients business needs as the first priority, protecting and helping customers patiently as whatever they can do the best. I strongly recommend and refer more customers for this bank at Dublin Hills Branch. I have been Wells Fargo in varies branches this is the best I ever have met. My gratitude to the whole branch at Wells Fargo, Dublin Hills, 4400 Tassajara Rd., Dublin CA 94568. Thank you again Xiao and Kimberly.

What's the point of having these physical bank locations, if they don't do walk in appointments. There were bankers sitting and doing nothing but still they would not service me unless I had an appointment. This appointments thing came up because of covid, and is a nuisance to customers. No wonder people are just moving to online only banks, because these retail banks and bankers are making themselves obsolete.

I've been to several branches from several different banks in this area. I've never had an experience like this, where the 2 staff I worked with are so unenthusiastic, lazy, and condescending I was tempted to withdraw and move to a different bank altogether. They had the vibe that they've there forever and that's just how it is. Avoid the old service people or go to the one in Pleasanton; it has way better service.

This bank is absolutely useless. It's a huge bank with no customer service. I am closing my account and getting out of Wells Fargo. They have two tellers and 30 people in line. It's ridiculous and the manager said she wishes she could close it and I said she should with this kind of service. This place is non-serviceable. No customer service

Always a long wait at this bank. They don't seem to know what they're doing, but they are very slow in doing it. Also, it's not a communication problem. I think it's an "understanding" problem.

can I not give any stars ? absolute stupid policy , you enter the branch at 11:45, they make you wait until 12:05, then they tell me that they can't open the safety locker after 12 for safety reasons and outside door is closed. but tha should be more secure, I am already inside. zero empathy on the face, they kept asking everyone in queue and not even approached me for 20 minutes I was in q. what I'd happening wells Fargo ? no wonder the branch has two rating.

This is my favorite branch location to go to. Always a short line, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Jessie (hope I spelt that right) has help me at least three times now and she is amazing. In and out in no time, personable, professional, and a pleasure to get to know. I love this branch!

Branch does not answer their phone. Wells Fargo in general is a bank I would NEVER do business with. WF requires their notary to notarize docs, but their Estate Care Dept can't tell you which branch has a notary. Branches don't know which ones have a notary. Can't get most branches to answer their phones. How are you supposed to get your business done!?!?!?!

We are glad closed Wellsfargo accounts (personal and business). This bank has issues with customer service. Specially the manager or whoever at the front.

Horrible customer service, business banker ignore us for 15 min, after saying I will schedule appointment for you, branch manager was rude too, no wonder this branch has bad reviews, go to the one at west Dublin always great service

Awful customer service. There is plenty of staff available to help, but no one does. I have come here several times and its the same thing.
