We have Google family on our daughter's phone. We decided to upgrade her phone. I removed her old phone from the goggle family link app. Unfortunately, it wasn't removed from the old phone. Very LONG story short, Nadia at the Dublin location was not only able to remove the Goggle family link from the old phone but was also very knowledgeable, kind, and professional with her help. I would highly recommend the drive to Dublin to have her help. Thank you, Nadia, for your help today!

This is my second visit in two weeks and I'm thrilled with the customer service I received here at the Dublin location, especially from Joseph. I came in with a cracked screen on my new iPhone 15 pro. Joseph went above and beyond to help out - submitting the insurance claim on my behalf and handling everything while I waited with my son who wasn't feeling well. Thank you again!

I don't know what it is about the service at the Verizon store but I'm always so furious leaving it. My recommendation for management on staff is to train their employees or at least train Christopher. I've had to deal with him two times in the last months and it's not a great staff. I will definitely avoid him next time.

Verizon coverage map in Pleasanton and Dublin is not true. From my home in Dublin Ranch and now in Pleasanton I rarely have more than 1 bar. Don't believe the LIE !!!

Worse customer service ever! Ordered 4 new phones online and one has a blemish on the camera so I took it in to return. That's what Verizon customer service told me to do since my numbers are not activated yet so they can't get in my acct to help but the store should be able to. I walked in and a guy just took my phone to the back without telling me what he's doing. He walk back out a few min later and said the phone was dropped and need to charge me $50 to restock and exchange once it's opened. I told him it's a manufactured defect. He said again it's dropped. Then I told him I have to open the box first otherwise I wouldn't be able to find the blemish. It's like chicken and egg thing now and wasn't going anywhere with his lack of help. Bad attitude and not helpful at all!

When I went in the store was very busy, 4 people in front of me. There was only 1 girl working because the manager had quit. She did a great job of multi-tasking, working 3 customers at a time. Her attitude was great, and she never lost her cool, even as more people came in. Very professional, I wish I could remember her name. It was very unusual.

Worst service I've ever received! No acknowledgement or hello, nothing. I played with some phones, watch other people walk in and get help and then left! Ordered my Samsung s23 ultra elsewhere! After 30 yrs I'm finally free of their high prices and crappy service!!

I left this store furious. I came to this location a month ago to see if I can transfer account owners from my dad to me. I said I can't loggin to the account because my dad doesn't know any of his account information (immigrant dad here). This man said that I needed my dad here in order to do anything with the account because he's the account owner, and they need to verify his identity. I coordinate with my dad to come a few weeks later and the same man is there to tell me that I need to do this all over the phone?! That they can't do anything with accounts in store. Like what? Why didn't you say this in the first place. I told him I can't call and talk to a representative because it directs me to my account that I don't have access to. (Like what I mentioned the first time). FINALLY he gives me a sheet of paper with all the numbers that directs me to a representative that can help.... What a waste of time for me and my dad when he could have given the list of numbers to me the first time and he should have told me we couldn't do this in store. I wish I got his name because everyone else in the store was fine.

Worst & very Rude Customer service. I had moved from AT&T because it was time to get a 2nd line for my family. Do not get attracted to the credits & freebies they offer. I had huge problems no phone line for a week initially and then their surprise shocking bill and they don't care to be upfront and honest about it. I also paid 300$ upfront for taxes, svc charges and an AirPod which was meant to be free and would be credited back later and sone credits for opening new lines with them. I had been with AT&T for 15 years no surprises at all and first time wanted to give Verizon a shot and huge mistake. They have absolutely no sense of speaking clearly or being honest and upfront with customers.. I had porting issues and no phone line for a week and the store personal didn't even complete Igor help with setup but charged setup charges and left me on my own. endless running around stores and calling Verizon for 5 days was frustrated with their service & no phone line. And I got a huge surprise bill and unexplained charges. My experience was really bad and I decided to switch back to AT&T cause I didn't want to be stuck with them for 36 months because of getting a phone from them. Went back to return their device and AirPods before 30 days and a small scratch on side which I hadn't even noticed and they said the phone is damaged and won't take back and refused to take the unopened AirPods back though within 30 days and accused me off, trying to return a broken phone. The phone scratch I hadn't even noticed must have been like that even when they gave it in first place and they didn't give me the box. Even the unopened AirPods weren't taken back! Billing department informed me to return at store and then I would get a final bill. It's crude aggressive customer service and very unreasonable to name a scratch as damage to phone - they could have assessed and pro-rated the refund, and the AirPods was forced onto me even when I had refused them in first place. I wouldn't mind paying but for good business and customer service. It doesn't matter what freebies they offer, watch the catch and forget about returning. That's why companies like Apple stand apart and are thriving in business.. The horrible experience I had with Verizon I will never forget in life. If you care for peace of mind and want to loose your mind... go try this store particularly. They intimidate and are so so RUDE. I lost about 1300$ and unwanted phone and AirPods but the worse I will never stay with rude customer service agents no matter what!!! Try going to the store and the speed at which they talk and ask clarification you will know. The Manager is the worst of all, he doesn't even know how to talk and won't even attend to you & encourages his staff to behave rude.

Went to the store with an intention to purchase 2 Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra for I and my wife. My old phone stopped working and I urgently needed a phone for my on call hospital job. I asked the sales associate if the phone would be operable after my purchase, and he responded yes. After he charged my credit card for the phones and got the phones from the storage drawer I asked him to activate the phones. He responded that would take 2 to 3 days for activation. I then asked him to cancel my order since I needed a phone very same they. He canceled the order and claimed that my credit card will be fully refunded. Surprisingly I noticed that they charged my credit card for the amount of $59.85 for re-stocking fee. Few days later I went to the store and the manager refused to provide refund.

Samar was legendary from the moment I walked in the door! He was able to answer all my questions, and made some recommendations that improved my overall experience. Samar even went to the back in search of a couple items I was looking for (sorry I'm indecisive! Haha), and I ended up walking out with exactly what I needed. Thank you!

INTERNET- Horrid connectivity; internet drops often or is throttled down so as to be unusable. Simple operating system updates need to be initiated multiple times because connectivity is dismal. MOBILE - often have incoming calls rolled to voicemail because there is no connection.

I went to this store to buy a home wall charger, they said to wait 20 min to buy. Once i was seen i Bought the charger.. I asked for paper receipt and was told cant get paper receipt , i told him its for taxes since im a business owner. Person helping me saiid okay hold on be right back an additional 15 additional minutes later I got my receipt. Whoever decides to go get help at this store beware long wait for help. Don't go here if you are in a rush or buying any accessories it may take you 20 min to buy a car charger or home charger. Even though the accessories is right there in front of you when you enter the store.
