I just came here mainly to say how extraordinary of an employee Ammara is. She's so kind and helpful and friendly. In the strangest way it feels like family - so rare these days for businesses to have that sense once you enter the door. I always look forward to coming in here because of the staff. They're really efficient and it's a smaller store so it's not as crowded. I'm in and out very quickly always.

Based on previous reviews since 4 years ago, dropping off Amazon return packages in this UPS store with arrogant employees is a recurring problem. It has happened MULTIPLE times where the UPS store owner often responded with a similar comment of wanting to improve. Why is this still happening after 4 years?
I generally stop dropping off Amazon returns at this UPS store because I often encounter unfriendly and arrogant employees, especially Ammara. I had to return an Amazon package at the UPS store. The return item was packaged in the ORIGINAL shipping packaging. Unluckily, Ammara was working. She refused to accept the return because it didn’t fit her packaging requirements. She stated that Amazon can ship in this type of packaging (plastic bag), but she wants more sealed with the ‘packing’ tape for her to accept. She asked me to pay $3 for her, not Amazon’s, to tape to her satisfaction. I tried to explain. She responded by telling me to go away with her back facing me. Is being rude and arrogant to customers in her job description?

never go here to print stuff by emailing them the docs - 7$ charge for computer use, what!!!! its usually around 3$ in other locations, idk whats the deal with this location, maybe they just want to profit on the fact that there is DMV nearby and people need to print things asap? big rip off

I dropped off a package here and the wait time was less than a minute. They had 3 friendly smiling employees working here all serving customers efficiently. The store is clean and quick!

Does not open on time
I was there at 8:35am and waited for 5 minutes. No one showed up. There is a guy there still waiting, he said a bunch of people already left. As a business owner, being on time is the key

Walked into this store to drop off my Amazon purchase bagged in the original Amazon bag. Was told by the kid @ the counter that my return package needed to sealed. When I asked for some packing tape to seal my bag(which I left open for others to see my return item & not a bag of paper), I was told by the kid @ the counter that he could repackage my return item for $5. How much is a roll of tape vs. 24” +\- (of tape) to seal a bag? Sooooo….., I grabbed my bagged item & left. ? dude!! Recently, I thought about renting a mailbox @ this UPS Store, but after this experience plus another previous stupid act, I promise to never do business @ this store again, nor will I recommend it for Zip Code info. So, I went to the UPS Store on San Ramon Valley Blvd. by Alcosta Blvd., & the Lady behind the counter who helped me /w my Amazon return helped me tape my Amazon bag free of charge. ?. My return instructions from Amazon did not reference taping the bag, nor do any of the UPS Stores post that ALL Amazon return bags/boxes need to be sealed. ?

The gir at the shop told me that I will be charged for taping the return box if don't do it the next time.i thought The process is, scan the QR code, then the product with the product going to generic bin so why would I tape the return box? I don't want to threaten, just tell me politely if I'm doing something wrong. Maybe she needs to be trained in good customers' relationship?

Would give a zero if I could.I went to this store multiple times, and they were generally ok. but this time they were trading me very bad.I come in which a att modern return,and amazon packages. they make me go through the self return,which I understand and did. But the self return cannot return the att modem,They want me to go all the way back to the line and wait,even though I was the first in the store.The person working there have a very bad attitude, basically serves me that he don't really care, and.he don't care his job either. Is the typical situation when a poor little guy who have a little by power and want to abuse it to have fun from other people.
