I have an iPad not displaying at all. I brought it to the nearest repair shop for help. The reception lady Alexka did an initial plugin and found the device did not have any charge, and the charging sign did not appear. I left the device there for an evaluation. Two days later, I went back to ask for the result (called but no answer). The tech in the back had already finished the diagnostics and found out nothing wrong with the unit, and there was no charge for the service. The whole process was smooth and very professional. I will come back for any future repairs. I did tell Alexka to update their telephone number because unanswerable phone will definitely affect their business a lot.

Was cheaper than a few other places I called and a quick turnaround my son is thrilled to get his tablet back and I’m happy he can stop using mine.

Made an appointment and received a confirmation online and drove 40 minutes roundtrip to get a phone fixed only to find a paper sign on the door saying closed.If you are going to take appointments online, update it with your hours otherwise you're wasting people's time.

Very honest and great service. I have taken both my mom's Fitbit, and my phone to have it fixed and both times I have received honest reasonable pricing and they provide very good and cordial service. I highly recommend this location.

I wasted 3 hours of my life here today. I should have read reviews first. We were directed here for what should have been an easy screen replace. It started when we dropped the phone off. Apparently none of the technicians showed up on time? Just one person in the front struggling to intake info. There was an issue with the claim we filed, Verizon linked it to an old phone we don't have which was not the locations fault. BUT we should have been notified at that time they couldn't proceed with a repair. Instead she locates the model phone we do have and proceeds forward with the claim as if there will be no issue. Then we get a call that they broke the back of the phone during the repair process, but they will fix for free (although a different color) but not a major issue for us. We then go to pick up the phone 3 hours later and are now told they can't release since the claim wasn't for that phone. What? I ask if we can sort it out with Asurion but was told no, they have to put the broken screen back on to give back. I ask if we can file a new claim and they said they can't used a part used in a repair again.So now they are out a part, we have a phone worse then when we brought it in, and their employees all had no idea what they were doing and no empathy or customer service skills.

I came in as a walk-in during my lunch break, and they were able to repair it in time for me to make it back to work. There was some trouble with the fingerprint sensor calibration, and they fixed it immediately.Thank you Alan for the speedy, quality service!

My phone battery seemed to be haywire. I booked an online appointment, brought it in, described the problem and left it. They called the next day because I didn't give them the password. I was able to see my repair status online. Alvin provided copies of all the diagnostics. My phone was repaired and my battery was not the problem.All of this was done in a friendly environment with very patient and professional staff.

This was the 4th store I'd visited,trying to find someone who could do a screen repair on a Samsung phone, that wouldn't require me to wait several days without a working phone. They were able fit me in right away, and I had my phone fixed within a few hours.

My experience at this place was extremely disappointing, mainly due to their complete lack of customer service skills. I had visited their store for a simple screen replacement, but unfortunately, they ended up damaging the 5g feature during the process. It was frustrating having to argue with them to take responsibility for the damage that occurred while my phone was in their possession.What made matters worse was the extensive time and effort I had to invest in resolving the issue. I had to make multiple trips, spending a total of 3.5 hours on the road driving back and forth between their Fremont and Dublin locations. On top of that, I was without my phone for a total of 8 days, which was highly inconvenient.Initially, Brandon the regional mgr had promised to consider compensating me for the screen replacement. However, their communication between Fremont and Dublin was seriously lacking, and they ultimately refused to make any effort to provide support or compensation. The gentleman at Dublin said if i wanted that i needed to return the phone to Fremont but he won't do it.. It felt like they were simply avoiding taking responsibility. This situation was so exhausting that I did not want to make another drive to Fremont, wait additional time and sit in 2hours of traffic to go home. Side note, their advertisement claims "We fix it or its free!" but this turned out to be deceptive, as they were unwilling to fulfill that promise when they were the ones who caused the problem in the first place. Fixing my phone after breaking it should have been a basic requirement, not something to boast about.Considering the significant inconvenience I faced, spending so much time on the road and going through numerous arguments, the least they could have done was to comp out the screen replacement. Sadly, they showed no willingness to go the extra mile for their customers.I can confidently say that I won't be returning to this place ever again, and I will definitely share my negative experience with my peers, so they can avoid similar frustrations.I'd like to add that their manager responses seem automated as I posted this same review for Fremont since its for both locations and less than a minute later there's a long response from their MGR. Its all BS. Don't go here.

I had my battery replaced on my Samsung Note 8. New battery was worse than my old one. When I contacted the store, they promised to replace with another battery that still hasn't arrived after several weeks. Since my battery replacement, my phone started dropping calls or often I couldn't connect on made and received calls (same issue with texts). I never had this problem before repair. I called the store. They said all they can do is replace my battery when it comes in. So I got a bad battery, and they mess up my phone. A complete waste of my money plus a lot of aggravation. Clearly I would advise not using this company.

Made appointment for 2:00pm at Dublin store. Sign on door said "Out to Lunch. Be back at 2:10". Unlocked doors at 2:10. Made appointment on line to replace battery in iPod. Appointment showed work to be done. Employee saw what I had and said item needed soldering to install battery and the only store that did it was in Union City. They couldn't help me. Said web site doesn't clarify. Waisted my time. They don't seem to care about keeping their appointments on time either.

Do not use this place. They will ask for your phone password and will try to steal from you.Came here with my brother to fix his broken screen. Upon dropping it off for repair, the tech asked for my brothers passcode in case they need it. When my brother picked up his phone after the repair, the cashapp website was on his phone with a random account. They used my brothers phone to use a cashapp for some reason. We will be looking to see if they stole any money. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Zach and Jeff are very helpful, professional, and courteous. I came in with a dead phone that wasn’t charging at all. They did their magic and I walked out 15 minutes later with a fully functioning phone. They didn’t charge me either! Great guys! Definitely Will come back :-)
