Hi
It took a week or so to get the screen to repair my son’s Switch
Also seemed like they forgot about us , had to keep calling about when part was arriving, then the last time they said oh the parts been here for a few days.
Despite that, the tech who worked on my son’s switch took the time to explain what he did and I could tell he spent some time on fixing it correctly.
We are satisfied with the results

My iPhone suddenly stopped charging and Shalem and Tai resolved the problem within minutes. They were quick to diagnose the problem and solve it. Great and efficient service!

UBreakIFix was seemless. I was experiencing the issue where there is a pink line on the screen of my new Pixel 8 (less than 1yr). I told them the problem, they took it (without requiring a reset!!) and fixed it within an hour. I didn't need a receipt or anything, all based on IMEI as to whether it is covered by warranty. No cost. It was extremely easy. Google, this is the way to do warranties! UBreakIFix, now I know!

Thanks for the help. Service was excellent and rep was polite and professional in answering my questions and setting the right expectations. I had them diagnosed a sudden black screen phone ?. Rep explained everything thoroughly and provided alternative options for me. 5 stars!
