I just wanted to compliment the manager at this site on such excellent service and for the absolutely AMAZING staff. the empathy and professionalism they've shown me has been above and beyond at a time where things in life are just not going so great to have such kind people to deal with really can help a person's outlook on life. I still have a lot of work to get done and to get over there but just knowing that you're going to be greeted, with people that remember you and are kind and are happy and seem to really enjoy their job. It makes a Siri world a difference. I can't remember everybody's name but I wish I could. I know the managers name is Greg and he is wonderful Ashley she's been phenomenal. I'm kicking myself because I can't remember the guy with the curly hair super super nice and funny as well as everybody else thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart and at a very crucial time you guys have made it more bearable and I appreciate it more than I can express. I wish I can give more than five stars I recommend this location to anybody you'll never find a better staff of people and a more professional staff. Thank you again and I will be there to move units hopefully today again 100 stars to them. I will always recommend this location to anyone for your moving or storage needs!

They don't have tap to pay. I had to request someone to bring a physical card. Extremely inconvenient. Also, I made the reservation in advance and when I arrived the lady was asking me questions as though I had not. How many miles I'll be driving, if I wanted the insurance, etc. I did everything online to save time and saved absolutely NONE. When I finally got the truck the huge sigh was still in the window. I took it out and walked it back inside. The dude says to me "we usually just leave those behind the seat" well, mister, if you would've done your job you could've had it your way. Since I'm being left to do it myself, TAKE THE CARDBOARD so I can be on my way. Lastly, when they asked for another phone number, I didn't have one to give them. I don't have friends, or family that I communicate with. So "in case of emergency" you're best of calling my job...but I ended up giving her the phone number of someone I haven't talked to in years because that's all I had. She proceeds to ask who it was. I said "a friend". She looked at me with her eyebrows raised and followed up with, what's the friends name? ... so I gave her a name. Unfortunately for them, while I was waiting for someone to bring me a physical card (since they're living in the dark ages) I listened to another customers interaction, THEY DID NOT ASK WHAT THE PERSONS NAME WAS. Why she decided it was her job to throw salt on an open wound of someone that doesn't have anyone to call in case of emergency is beyond me. Tasteless, insensitive, immature. You'll get your karma lady. Maybe you should more time learning how to work that computer. I'll never go back here.

I rented a truck from the U-Haul in Dublin for my 75 year old elderly father thinking that it would be like any other U-Haul…SAFE! Sadly I was mistaken. The U-Haul they provided him to drive from Northern California to Southern California was not fit for use. The U-Haul trucks instrument cluster would off randomly on the highway going speed limit! There was an exhaust leak in the cab! And there was also garbage left under the driver seat! When we got to Southern California and turned in the U-Haul, they were horrified that this location rented out this vehicle. I’m adding the license plate so hopefully this vehicle will be taken out of commission before it kills someone. Please test your vehicles before renting them and risking someone’s family.

I know everyone’s experiences are different so I’m just writing recent visits and my experiences. Greg and the rest of the team have been good, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help immediately when entering the store. Great job Greg and team.

Propane filling review only Once again love how easy it is and affordable to fill up propane tanks here. Always ends up being cheaper than doing a tank swap because you only pay what you fill, and they fill the tank 100% versus exchange places off and only have 75% propane inside Process is easy. You go to the green tent in the parking lot and there is a bell that you ring and someone will come out to fill up your tank. You pay the worker on the spot. Heads up they do not accept Apple pay or Google pay you need a physical credit card Filled up 5 gallons for about 20 bucks. Normally this would be $30 elsewhere

Best service I've received at a U-Haul location. Not sure of the older gentleman's name with the hat and glasses, but both him and Joey had great customer service. They made it quick and easy to pick up the truck, easy to get our equipment and extremely polite throughout the whole process. 10/10 service

We booked a cargo van online a week in advance for the past weekend( 12-01-2018 ) from this place. But, we reach the place to pick up the van at a scheduled time. First of all, we waited for an hour in the queue..what makes the process so slow??♀️Secondly, once we reached the counter to our surprise we got to know that Van is not available there and we shall go to the Pleasanton office for the pickup.• This entire hassle wasted our 1.5 hours when our slot for the elevator at the new apartments was pre-fixed. This led to the delay of everything. These people should have the least courtesy to call in advance and inform about unavailability.• We booked a cab and reached this place. Due to unavailability, we had to book another ride to reach the Pleasanton office. Because of this shifting of pick up and drop off location. We wasted around 30-40$ in all this hassle.Disappointed with the arrangement in this office particularly!
