My car got rear ended on the free way, I was really sad when I see my car got damage. Brought into the shop on the next day. Great service, they listen to what I wanted and how I wanted it to be done. They provided professional advises and guided me through the process. After a couple of weeks, I got notified that my car is ready for pick up. I was totally amazed by the result, they did an amazing job on it. Very happy to have my car back just like it was before.

Friendly people, I have repaired my trunk because it cannot be opened automatically. They ordered the parts for me and called me to install it after waiting for a few days. So far everything is good

Twins Auto Body did a wonderful job fixing our Prius after a small accident. They were very quick and responsive in all our communications throughout the process. Furthermore, when they took apart the vehicle to examine the damage, they where quick to notify us that our vehicle was missing the impact absorber behind the front bumper; the body shop that previously worked on this vehicle had failed to have it installed then. They took care of communications with the previous shop and insurance, and the issue was resolved with the missing part installed and no headache on our part. We have the Prius back now, and it looks great.

My car was broken on the side mirror while driving on the freeway by an motorcyclist. Took car in drop it off. Natalie and Sun too care all the works within a week. Plus they contact my insurance company and the outcome of the works was fantastic body work on my Lexus. High recommend for any Auto works.

My car's window was broken & couples spots of dents & scratches by thefts last month, and my friend introduced me to Twins Auto due to their great services & very good care of customers. After going there, I found they not only provided amazing services, but also detail-oriented - explain to me what & how they are going to do for my car. I felt great & confident that they will make a good job. I decided to give a try. As expected, they weren't disappointed me. Well done. Thanks for their great work

Contacted them to get an insurance estimate and they advised me that they would however I would have to pay a $20 fee to get an estimate. They said that $20 is reimbursed if I do choose to use their service but if I do not then it is not. I have never heard of a company charging for an estimate in my life. Based on just that I would completely avoid them.

A young lady backed into my X5 in the Safeway parking lot and I was ecstatic to see Twins right next to the W Dublin BART station. I had to get my car it's usual oil change so was able to leave it next door at Automotive Advantage and get it fixed simultaneously. Win! For whatever reason, Enterprise Rent a car didn't have a shuttle available, so Twins gave me a ride to and even back to Enterprise! They were so kind to help me transfer everything in my car back and forth and with two car seats, it is SUPER helpful. They were super professional and responsive at all times and I highly recommend them!!! They're called Twins because the owner and his wife have twin boys that are 2 yo. How awesome is that?!

A old lady crashed our 2015 Toyota Sienna front. My insurance referred us to Twin auto body. At first. I am so sorry they will not do a good job as they are just open. There is no star on Yelp at all so no reference can follow. However, the owner of the shop helped me fixed my sienna(2015 SE) just like when I got my car at the dealership. Highly recommended!
