Bought a brand new ping driver 15 days ago and was fitted. That experience was great. Ping g430 max 10k. Expensive!!!!
Since purchasing it, I literally played only one round of golf and hit a small bucket at the driving range. Then yesterday, standing on hole one getting ready to tee off, I did a practice swing, and the driver shaft fell apart in my hands. I am not a club thrower or abuser in any way. I called Golf Mart right away and explained the issue. They said they would replace the shaft.
I went there today (the day after) and was accused that either I had done something wrong or that I incorrectly store my clubs. For the manager not to believe me was upsetting; clearly this was a manufacturing defect which was not my fault.
They replaced the shaft, choosing not to simply replace the club altogether.
I live an hour away and chose this shop because I had a previous great experience with mizuno 921 hot metal pro fitting. But I will no longer go there after being accused of wrongdoing and treated badly....never again will I spend my money there. I am a disabled veteran and money is tight. To be treated this way and not respected is unforgettable and ridiculous.

They have good variety of golf gear. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and made good suggestions. They charge 4 dollars to change the grip if you buy it from them. Great value!

Ok update on review. Golf Mart made everything right with my purchase. They took care of everything and were so nice about it. I have always loved shopping there. I have purchased quit a few items there and have ALWAYS been happy with my items until this last purchase BUT they have made it all good. Worked with Stephen H. and he was very helpful.

We stopped by today to look for a golf club set for my wife. What a great experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. No pressure at all.
We felt very comfortable here and Joe spent time with my wife allowing her to hit some balls with different clubs. We ended up purchasing a set for her and I will be bringing my set in for some new grips. Great place, good selection of clubs, hitting areas and really helpful staff.

I just bought a pair of golf shoes. The advice and information Ren gave me really helped me select the right model for my game. They were out of stock but he had them transferred from another store. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The Golf Mart is a decent sized store with the personal feel of a local business. An associate checked multiple times during our visit if we needed help, and they have been friendly every time in answering our questions in person or on calls. We tried a few irons at the demo bay, and the associate even provided feedback on the shots. He asked questions to better understand our wants from a club and help identify a good fit for our level. The store has a solid selection of clothes and clubs, and we even ended up buying a shirt from the sales rack. Overall a positive experience at the Golf Mart with reasonable prices and great customer service!

I highly recommend Golf Mart for all your golf needs, especially this location in Dublin, CA. I have bought my last 3 sets of golf clubs here...Got rid of crap Callaway Mavericks for Titleist T300s, then T350s and my current set T200s. I currently have a 13 HDCP. The service has been top notch from their Manager Adam to Ramon who fitted me. All my sets were custom and Ramon always took care to fit me properly and attentively. Adam made sure I was always taken care of and satisfied as a customer and that means a lot. Selection is vast and anything you want golf is there...I have bought a new Titleist TSR2 driver, TSR2 15 degree and 16.5 degree fairways woods and TSR2 4 and 5 hybrids along with 48, 52, 56 and 60 degree Titleist Vokey SM9 wedges. On top of that 2 bags, a Clicgear 4 cart, and tons of other golf stuff. So I drop some major coin here. So yeah, their selection meets my needs easily. Golf is not cheap so if you are looking for value, you are not playing the right sport or need to go to fleabay for your gear. However, if you are looking for excellent service, bountiful selection and everything golf; come on down and immerse yourself and buy some gear the team at Golf Mart Dublin.

Great local golf store. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the products and club fittings. Store is clean and organized. Prices are reasonable and comparable to the other golf stores in the area. There is also a putting practice area and three practice bays to test out clubs. Adam Reeser, the store manager, was very helpful and professional with assisting me with my golf equipment. Overall very satisfied with the service and would recommend this store.

SO this is the 3rd Golf Mart we visited and by far the best. I am a novice and my husband is more experienced. Two amazing fitters, Ramon and John, helped us make our club choices, and Adam, the manager is so pleasant it makes the trip here worth it just for his customer service alone. We know this is a chain, but the team at this location really seems to care about their customers. There is no pressure, and they never rush you into a choice. We highly recommend this store. One addendum to this.... As with any store it is still "buyer beware." I won't fault them for this because it was my bad to not do the research, but the "discount" we got on one set of clubs was actually the sale price. But, still overall a good store.
