I came In to this target one day and wanted a Starbucks drink, I got to the line and right when I began to order my drink a young man with his trash bin walked up and almost bumped into me. He stood there and loudly asked the woman for Iced water. I believe his name Is Jeffrey and he asked the cashier what time you off work? Are you tired? Like how unprofessional can you be to stand there and start a conversation like that. A supervisor needs to talk to Jeffrey about his work, very unhappy. I did enjoy my iced coffee though.

UPDATE: Got home and found out I was missing items. Crazy smh Rudest experience I've ever had with their drive up service. Didn't communicate when they tried to open the door (3 or 4 times aggressively), tossed my products in the backseat, and slammed my door. She said not one word to me not on entrance or delivery - and have no clue what this persons problem was. Not a good experience at this location tonight.

the first thing you notice about the store is how fresh and clean everything seems when you first walk in. Many department stores especially during the holiday season have so many people come in and out it's probably hard to have to keep the place pretty clean. But this Target location does not have that problem. Everything is really cleaning when you first walk in the door you feel really comfortable about spending your hard earned money I love buying a baby gel that they have here at this location. I do not like to put adult jail in my baby's hair because my baby is only 2 years old. But the baby gel that they provide at this location is perfect for my daughter's texture so I'm glad I'm always able to find it at this location

Fix the mens restrooms . Dirty, Stalls dont lock , Overflowing toilets - other than that the target is not too bad . Always stocked up .

Omg the shittiest target ever. I usually go to the one closest sure to Stoneridge mall between Dublin Pleasanton . I went here because I went to the Livermore Shops. Omg disgusted the service . So many employees walking in pairs but no one available to assist a customer. I'm waiting to complete a refund and it's fine if they don't complete it but atleast request someone to the area. Ofcourse if you're looking their direction they avoid all eye contact. I eventually made my return the woman didn't process correctly so gave me a gift card though I used my target card. So next.... I take a good hour shopping around looking at Halloween items checking for things for my puppy. I go to check out and advise at the very beginning hey I have a Merch cert and a giftcard how I would like to pay. He's moving really slow but I try not to judge because who knows nowadays. At the end he scans my target barcode and then presses pay instead of alternate payment option. I was f***ing pissed. And he's says oh I thought. Mind Yiu he's asking me about what game I'm playing, instead of being so worried about what the hell im doing listen to me. And he's like oh you can use it for next time. I don't come in the store often unless it's a return and I hate doing that I usually deliver. I don't want to come back I want to use my cards today. He didn't state the obvious was just dumbfounded when I already told him what I wanted before hand. I was about to return everything I bought and just get a home delivery. I was so angry didn't feel I would hold my composure with the unhelpful nonchalant lazy a** associates there so I just walked out. Save your time don't even come here. There's better targets less than 10 min away. Go to 7200 Amador blvd. ride Dublin Blvd all the way to PetSmart etc on the other side because this store here is straight crap.

This is the most racist Target ever. The store director does not return calls, all the white management staff are trained to racially profile blacks. I've had the worst experience there in the past 3 months. The minute I walk in that store, security starts following me. There so obvious and all white, then when I go to pay the big asian boy at the front and the whole team migrate to my register to watch me more. It's so sad in 2021 this is still happening. Has anyone else experienced this!

I'm very disappointed, I overheard the store manager I believe his name is James, being horrible to his employee. First of all it is very unprofessional and second if he was my boss I would have reported him to the CEO . Target should not have people like that working for them and specifically a manager.

Tried calling several times just to inquiry if there was a game available, tried every single department, phone just kept ringing and ringing, I don't recommend this location, lazy workers, lazy management.

This place inventory is ridiculous! Their shelves are empty, prices don't match the items, items are in the wrong place. This place is a disaster. I drove 30 minutes for items online- showed were in stock, and customer service dept. verified before I got there, just for the items to be out of stock. Not one of the items I wanted was there. A waste of time. Then they had 7 30lb dumbbells advertised on the shelf for $25, got to the register they were $40, tried to show someone they didn't listen. A mess. A hot mess. They need more employees.

Always a good experience. Returns are quick and easy. Products are good and reasonably priced. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful or seek someone who is. The place feels and looks good. Even the shopping carts are nice.

PROS: - Large store location - Lots of inventory - Newly remolded store location - Clean store and organized - Upkeeping with COVID safety regulations CONS: - Parking lot is shared with other businesses - Parking lot can get busy during peak hours and on the weekends - Staff here is semi hard to find when you need help - Can get busy during peak hours

We went to this target in March 2021 during Covid. Most of the shelves were stocked although I did notice a few had a missing items. I was also happily surprised to see that the Pizza Hut inside the store is now open and you can order food to go. The bathrooms were also open.

I thought Walmart was bad at answering the phone but you guys sure take the prize. For how many people work at your store you would think someone would be able to answer the damn phone. This is why people are shopping more on Amazon. Their customer service is way better.
