So I bought a Logitech stylus and came to return it! They wouldn't t let me return it, saying the serial didn't match, but I bought it in the tech department and paid for it there. I can't believe this! This has never happened before in my whole lifetime of shopping at Target! This is ridiculous! What a waste of money! It was their mistake of selling a stylus that didn't match the serial number and then putting it on the shelf. They didn't even fess up to their mistake, but I have to pay for it. Bad customer service for sure!

Disgustingly dirty store. Trash all over the floors. Clothes and other items on the floor. Wrong sizes of clothes stacked on top of each other. Peghook items scattered randomly. I never saw a single employee attempting to rectify any of the above. And, unfortunately, this is becoming typical of every Target / retail store in the east bay.

Great location and store is always clean, lines can be a bit long so I preferably prefer to use self check out, here is the reason I didn’t give 5 STARS!!! I find myself always being watched by employees well in self checkout they literally stand right behind or walk up and pretend like they’re fixing bags or candy. Trying to make sure I am not stealing and it sucks because not all Black people steal however, I still continue use self check out because it’s convenient.

I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.

The store is pretty well stocked these days but the checkout lines tend to back up as there are not enough of them open. A little disappointing that the gift cards for target are now hidden away and had to wait in line to get them from a cashier.

Avoid this Target. I feel sorry for the locals who have this as their nearby Target. Management obviously has the lowest standards.
