The haircut from Chi was lovely! She is so sweet and skilled.
A note to the owners — I’m always happy to tip service providers, but the options that popped up were $8, $13 or other on a $27 service. This feels dishonest from the company to have these presets of 30 and 50 percent. 20% is standard and that would be $5.50.

Elena, gives very good customer service, friendly tone of voice, what I really disapprove of is the way her boss addressed her on 2 occasions, it was very very doubtful, they have changed the computer system. In order to master it you must have to practice. The fact is that I call him out in front of clients in that rude way. It shouldn't be that. We are human and we all require respect. Zero me, the boss needs a few days off so she can return optimistic and cheerful. And in turn, you can treat your colleagues or workers with dignity and respect.

My 2 stars is for pricing. For 31 dollars she wet my hair and blow-dried it with a brush. No wash was included as that would be 13 more dollars. I utilize SuperCuts all over the US and this is the most ridiculous pricing ever. Any other Supercuts charges 8 for a wash. And 15 for a blow-dry. My hair isn't even long. It's thin and dries in 5 minutes.
