I needed to get paint to touch up trim in my home, but the color was outdated or possibly from another company. The staff member (apologies, but I forget his name) was super attentive and helpful with getting me the right paint I needed based on the color name I had remembered and the type of paint. It worked out great!

I recently came here to try to match an old Frazee Co. paint color (Frazee was bought by Sherwin-Williams several years back so figured this was the best place to start). Although this particular color isn't made anymore, Ryan was very helpful in several ways: 1.) looking up our housing development just in case the color mix was memorialized there, 2.) looking for the Frazee color in the S-W's database by name in case there was a comparable color, and 3.) looking at the current S-W color palette for a suitable match which we found. He then scanned a gloss color swatch I brought in to try and find a flat match for it, which lead to the same suitable match we found on the color palette. He mixed a gallon and painted a swatch against my sample for comparison. We both agreed it was close but not spot on, so he went back and added a touch more of a certain tint and repeated the process. Success!! When I used this new paint to do my touch-ups all around a ceiling border I found it to be a perfect match undetectable from the original color. A big 'THANK YOU' to Ryan for taking the time to listen and solve the problem, you have gained a new customer!

I would really expect their employee Dareck to wear mask in this pandemic . How can he be in customer service, comes so close while helping out in selecting paint cards and not wear mask . That is such a negligence in this pandemic . How can store owner allow that. Unbelievable that it's happening in heart of Dublin San Ramon . Went there twice in last 3 weeks..no sign that he cared about wearing mask . Can somebody tell him before he makes some old and vulnerables sick?

I wish, I can give 0 star on this store. Only one person in the store so very very late response and slow. Dar*** says, I have to wait at least hour and half to make my one gallon of paint.I felt he is pushing me out to other store.This is crazy shop.I will never come back.

I needed to match a paint perfectly for a few touch ups in a rental property. The employees were very professional and were able to match the color perfect. I would highly recommend this store for all your painting needs.

It seems like a small store from the outside but it has everything you need. It wasn't busy when I was there so there was no waiting time and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I picked SW paint because of the Greenguard certified paint. It is great - minimal fumes. I won't use any other paint now.

I rarely rarely give zero or no stars to business unless it's so bad that I have no choice except to yelp and send a letter to headquarters. This is to the snarky young chick with glasses that mixed my paint and was not even close to the original color after I painted the wall. I understand you hate your job and you mix paint, but word of advice on simple 101 customer service, show some empathy and let's solve the problem vs arguing with a customer why the color is way off. No need to talk over me and ramble on why the paint is off with your snarky tone. Worse customer service and I would never use this store again. Hope your manager or corporate reads this and offers you customer service ckas Called Pleasanton and Livermore and they calmly stated the paint process and stated 'come in and let's remix it again'. All I wanted to hear..

The lady managing the store was extremely rude and condescending. I just looked at some of the other reviews on here and it looks like this is a pattern with her. Sherwin Williams, your brand is not being represented well! This young lady (with glasses) obviously lacks customer service skills and has offended several others including myself (as of today). People like this have a choice to be in customer service and she doesn't seem like she is cut out for this gig. When I asked for the store manager, she said she was the store manager! It baffles me how you keep customers at this rate. She did eventually apologize as I was walking out the store but it was too late. As a store manager, she should know better. My advice to her: start working on your customer 101 ASAP if you want to continue being in this line of work. I understand that we all make mistakes but I just hope you learn from yours.
