I visited this location for a makeup lesson and wasn't sure what to expect. I arrived before my appointment with an open mind, ready to learn anything.
I checked in with one of the staff members and was told I will have to wait a bit until the station for my lesson was ready. Once ready, I was helped by Sandy who immediately gave me her undivided attention in my makeup lesson needs. She asked what my goals are and what I'm hoping to come out with after finishing the lesson. I told her it was my first time with makeup and I was nervous going into it. I also said I was nervous to go into the store in the first place. After sharing more about myself with Shandy, she expertly guided me through the lesson. Sandy broke up the lesson into manageable parts and constantly made sure I was comfortable and doing things right. We had great back-and-forth conversations regarding what I wanted to do with makeup and testing out different methods of applying makeup. I definitely felt like I had a great Makeup 101 lesson from Sandy. We were able to try things I didn't like and things I did like. In the end, I was happy with the results and my final look. Simple, clean, and durable was all I needed. Sandy made sure I was able to get there. To wrap up the lesson, Sandy added all the products used in the lesson to my account. I found this helpful and will review the items for future purchases at Sephora.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. My mom and I bought a $68 Kerastase mask and upon opening at home it was the WRONG product in the packaging. We have bought this specific mask about 6 times a year for 8 years. Expecting quality customer service due to THEIR mistake, we tried to exchange it for the correct product the following day. The manager claimed “it’s kerastase’s fault since it was sealed so you’ll have to contact them. we don’t even sell this here so I can’t exchange or refund you for this.” I brought up how we bought this at SEPHORA, HER store, but the logic didn’t seem to hit and she very rudely continued about how she can’t do anything and how we’ll have to find Kerastase’s number and contact them ourselves. So now somehow, we have to go through the hassle of contacting Kerastase instead of Sephora dealing with this even though our money went to Sephora… She also said “we’ve never had this happen before” as if to imply there’s something fishy on my end, well guess what, I’ve also never spent money at a store I used to trust only to end up with a wrong (and cheaper) product and get told to figure it out myself! Horrible customer service, RUDE and UNHELPFUL manager, will NEVER return and will take this up with corporate kerastase, and my credit card company.

I love this Sephora and one of the people who work there, Matelda, was amazing she is the most kind person ever! She was super patient and helpful to find what I was looking for, totally recommend! :)

I have gone into this location several times as it’s closest to my home. Everyone has always been very sweet and helpful. This past week i went in looking for new makeup for an engagement shoot and the staff was sooooo helpful I feel so bad I don’t remember the girls names who helped me the most but she was so patient and great!

Sadly I don’t remember the name of whoever helped me here… it was something that started with an “A” and she was incredibly helpful. She was so good at finding colors that worked for me and knowledgeable, gave 100% honest feedback of her thoughts made my shopping experience fun and memorable a couple months ago.
The cashier was also super friendly and even gave me some extra gift with purchases which makes me want to keep coming back to this location!

I don't remember the name of the girl who helped me but I know it started with an "A" and not a common name. She was one of the most pleasant and fun shopping experiences I've had! This was a couple months ago now. I had lots of product questions and needed recommendations and help deciding and she was so good at finding good colors for me and gave me blunt and honest feedback on products which was exactly what I needed. It felt like I was shopping with a best friend who was super passionate about all things in the store! The cashier also snuck me a gift with purchase even though I didn't have enough points but I really appreciated this and it made me want to come back to this store exclusively!

Arian from Sephora in Persimmon Place (Dublin CA) made my shopping experience an enjoyable one! I could have bought at another store because the same product would be offered there too, but the experience really made me want to close the deal. She spent time knowing what I needed, was so patient with the many questions that I have, and hands down the most pleasant and most helpful person I ever met in a store like this.If you’re trying to find skincare/make-up and would want to get 5-star service + skills, visit Sephora in Dublin and look for Arian.

Racially profiled. Walked in, an associate asks if I needed help, I ask about if a product was in stock. She says she’ll check & NEVER got back to me. Then comes back up to me a SECOND time asking if I “needed help”…. I was so confused. I ask her AGAIN if they have the product in stock & she says “oh no we don’t sorry” and walks away. No offers from her to order the product online or find a different product. Being asked “Do you need help?” while not even being helped is so asinine and absurd. I was asked “If I needed help” at least 3 times. It seems to be an undercover thing they do when they think you’re stealing. Just keep nagging you if you “need help” with no intentions of helping.
