They called to let me know he was early and I had him stand by till my children could get to the vehicle's area. He did a 40-mile tow and dropped the vehicle in a slanted carport even with the brakes secured. Relatively few could do it....and all with a grin. Exceptionally proficient and simple to work with. Broke down in California on the interstate they came right out with in 45 minutes and the price was exactly what the dispatcher quoted me gave me a flat rate instead of nailing me $250 an hour which most of the tow places out there will do if you're broke on the side of the interstate also if you're broke down do not let the California Highway Patrol or the police department call Ito for you or you will get nailed the hourly rate by most of the tow companies out there Google a tow company yourself and I recommend this one and save yourself some money

Byron was wonderful! He called to tell me he was ahead of schedule and I had him wait till my sons could get to the car's location. He did a 40 mile tow and dropped the car in a sloped driveway even with the brakes locked up. Not many could do it....and all with a smile! I used AAA but would call him first for any towing need!
