Rahma has been a go to for many years - the cleanest smelling Halal meat shop in the Bay Area. Some personal favorites for me are their hot dogs and halal chicken rotisserie. It’s not the cheapest but the extra cost is worth the value in most cases I think

The quality of their meat can’t be beat. My favorite go to place in the east bay. Always impressed with how clean they keep their shop as well. Feels much better buying my halal meat from a place maintaining this level of standard versus others that don’t, and if you’re reading this, you probably know exactly what I’m talking about.

Not sure what's going on there but customer service was awful...and they took off the shelves the Sadaf products... definitely the best products I could buy there...Not worth the trip anymore...

Probably not going there again.Prices have gone up, almost no variety of products and the products they do have are of poor quality with limited supply. Such a pity. Ni modo, I’ll go elsewhere and you should too.

food is really bad quality. Also, very epensive. The service was very poor too. They stopped carrying my favorite Sabba products too. What a shame. Used to be much better place

We stopped going there at least 2 years ago. The prices are higher than other mediterranean stores. They don't care about customers and as others mentioned the person behind the meat section has zero customer service understanding. The open hours doesn't work for customer who works so doesn't worth going there anymore

The store seems to be undermanned as we always have to wait for someone to be called to the cash register. Last time 3 customers waited for around 10 minutes to be rung up. The meat is very good but the guy behind the counter is rude and unprofessional. He barked at me for not telling him to cut up the liver in time - he had just weighed it when I asked him to cut it up. He said 'you should have told that before I put it in the bag. Next time tell me before I put it in the bag'. Unfortunately, there will be no next time as there are other stores with more courteous staff - Sahara is pretty good.

I called on 12th of November to preorder 2 cooked rotisserie chickens for pickup on 18th of November. The man said they do not take orders, "just come by 11:30am on Saturday and there will be chickens ready. Take as many as you want."On Saturday, the 18th of November, while preparing for the thanksgiving dinner, I head to the shop at 11:30am and the worker says they didn't make any. When asked why they lied to us, they gave me attitude and dodged the question saying "We had too many turkey orders."When Muslim business owners get too comfortable knowing that we have no other halal options in the area, they give up on customer service and respect. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

First time in since they moved from the Dublin Blvd location. Nice selection, laid out pretty well. Didn't have what I was after (large pearled couscous), but I'll probably be back.
