Terrible. Took my kid for blood test. The lady lacks skills for pediatric patients. She poked him twice, and both times the needle moved inside stopping the blood flow. The kid suffered and not all tests are done. Either Quest Lab is using bad needles and syringes that aren't doing the job or the phlebotomist is not very skilled. In either case, it's best to avoid this location (Dublin, Tassajara Safeway) for pediatric patients.

Preerita or Prorita or Praamita took my blood for glucose check but gave me a bruise on arm. Train your employees!! They dont know how to draw blood? She just struggling to find my veins. Why get hired? You guys should be sued

Long wait , made an appointment and had to wait past my appt time almost an hour , and this Quest is actually inside the Safeway supermarket.

Check-in was very smooth, my appointment was on time, and technician was friendly and efficient. All very easy, definitely recommend this location. FYI, the location is inside the Safeway, located near the center of the back wall.

I have seen reviews about this crazy Asian lady that is rude and unprofessional, however I had a wonderful experience. I set up an appointment (FYI never walk-in for all QUEST places, always make an appointment) and I get right in every time. There was only one lady that I saw taking blood samples and her name was Alice. I told her about my specific needs when getting bloodwork done and she was very accommodating and not to mention quick! I was in and out and didn't even feel her take my blood as that's how fast she was. I will go back for future bloodwork appointments.

I took my son to this place in he’s 18 months old and the Cranky, Rude and Annoyed! Awful customer care and service.... This is actually on par for all of the Quest Diagnostics locations. Just rude employees. Go elsewhere, after she try two times she hurt him so bad then she said sorry I can’t do it and my son was bleeding on he’s hand and they didn’t even say sorry or care about him

I have seen some reviews about an old Asian lady being rude an awful, however, I do not have the same experience. There were two technicians there and I did not get the Asian lady. However, I did hear her interaction with a little girl patient who was crying her eyes out because of the sheer terror of having to draw blood. The Asian lady tried to console the little girl through the process. So to me, she did a fine job. I got Gloria. Hopefully, that is her name. Gloria did a fantastic job. She made the process painless. Literally! I would come back to this place anytime I need a blood test.

Time slots show available on the quest online calendar. When you click the dates and time the appointment show unavailable. Then you find the next available date…..it’s repeat repeat…. It shows unavailable again. The app is Kmart horrible

Yes, that Asian old lab lady is the worst. She is terribly rude. She threatened me to throw my blood away, crazy old women. AVOID HER.

Zero ratings. I had to make an unfortunate trip to this lab. The lab technician/staff was so insensitive. She made an unnecessary comment of how long my name was to a third person (she had to call the doctor’s office who had placed the lab request, and she comments how long my name is to the receptionist in front of me).They had my name incorrectly on their form and the report that i needed had to be submitted for immigration paper work. The lab technician wasted 10mins of my time saying it was the doctor’s office that provided it incorrectly(and refused to correct it in the first go), where as the problem was with Quest printing it incorrectly.She then goes on to correct my English. Is that the reason i am at the lab? Why don’t you improve your manners and customer service. I did leave my feedback comments with that lab technician.

Your voicemail says walk-ins are welcome so I drove over at 3:30 pm to get a blood test. I was greeted by a very rude Asian woman so said they only take walk-ins as a "courtesy" but not today. Your voicemail should say they are not guaranteed so we don't drive all the way over and waste our gas, time and money when it specifically says that you do accept them. She was rude, and not willing to provide any alternatives.

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews but I had a quick and easy time at this location. I had a wellness/health check and I was there for like 15 minutes. The staff were really nice and respectful and I’ll be back again next year.
