Twice! Two times this car wash has damaged two different cars of mine.First several years ago I took my two week old Lexus for its first wash. Ine of the rollers slammed down on my hood and chipped the paints. They denied it of course. I saw it happen! I should have sued them as it was clearly damaged.Fast forward, a month ago my wife took our new Audi e-tron in and it comes out with a seven inch crack in the windshield. Are you kidding? DO NOT risk your car. Skip this business.

We use this car wash regularly as the price is decent. However, make sure you empty your car of valuables. Two cell phone cables were removed last week from my minivan and I am unable to retrieve them back.

This place is hit or miss. Really depends on if they're too busy or not. If they're not busy the car wash is great. However, got a wash today and the car just sat baking in the sun for almost 10 minutes as they were evidently too busy to dry it in a timely manner. Water spots galore even after they 'dried' it. Not happy.

Great value for the price! Took my car in for the first time today was in an out in less than 30 mins and it was busy at the time of drop off. I got a monthly unlimited pass for $60. The exterior was very clean when they were done. The fragrance is a little bit strong when you first get in to your car, and they do miss some things like the cracks where dust and crumbs accumulate. But expected for the prices

I started bringing my car here about two months ago. I bought the monthly membership and figured it was a good deal as you get unlimited washes.My main complaints are:-Lack of any attention to detail: -Always have to go back and tell them to dry the interior and exterior as there are wet spots.-Have to tell them to vacuum common areas like floor and trunk where there are dirt and dust.But the biggest one is that they leave hard water stains on the exterior.My car is brand new and it was spotless at delivery. As I was getting my car washed I started noticing more and more spots and even some light scratches. Today I asked if they could clean the water spots better and they said it was hard water damage and said it was the dealership that did it.Which makes no sense at all. The spots just started appearing after I started getting my car washed here and it's been getting worse everytime. Anyways they took zero responsibility and offered me nothing so I cancelled my membership and will now have to pay to get these removed elsewhere.So if you're taking your car here I would take a good look you'll likely see the same thing. They are all over my car now.

Used to be a tremendous value but price has gone way up and they are a victim of their own success. Long line to get a wash and the drying process is not as thorough as my local carwash. Doubt I will return as there are better quicker options. Extra * for friendly staff.

I've been a customer here for years but have not been happy with the last 2 visits. My most recent was 2 days ago. They missed some areas inside again, such as: the review mirror, the top of the dashboard (still dusty), 2 cup holders & underneath both driver & passenger seats. It's really too bad. Time to take me business elsewhere.

I would not trust this company. I went and got a car was in August and now in October I've noticed they charged me for a car was membership for the last two months. I called to have them cancel and give me a refund which they refused. I never purchased any membership. It would have been hard to do so in the first place as I remember the cashier didn't speak to me even once. I am not actively telling people not to go here and try a different car wash that desist steal your money.

I have used this car wash three times now. First time was great. Second and third time not so much. The problem is they leave your car sitting in the sun for 10 to 15 minutes with the result being extensive water spotting. I had to have the supervisor wipe the whole exterior down again!

I don't recall having an issue with this place until I visited today for the first time in a few years. Sadly the quality of service has gone downhill from what I remember. I paid $31 for the standard wash and interior vacuum/cleaning. The only real positive was how quick the wait was. When I got in my car, I realized they barely vacuumed my seats (yes they are leather, but they still need to be vacuumed!) and there were still some marks on the exterior of my windows as well as missed spots on the interior where they did not clean. Sadly I would not recommend this place and I don't think I'll come back again. As much as I love to save time, I'd rather spend the time to clean my own car because at least I can meet my own standard of cleanliness.

I keep saying that my car deserves better. The people of Dublin deserve better. I was one of those that signed up for a monthly plan because everyone in our circle goes to Autopia and they appear busy every time you drive by Dublin Blvd. After a few months, I decided to cancel because the quality is extremely sub par. There's always something that they missed on my car after every car wash. I think the breaking point was when they called and said my car was ready and the two front windows were down. I asked one of the workers to wipe off the water residue when I rolled up my window, he was clearly annoyed as if it was my fault for rolling up the window. It's not just him. The guy that checks you in, the woman behind the booth collecting money, and 80% of the workers all have attitude. We deserve better. They clearly don't read Yelp reviews to improve which is unfortunate. Off I go to search for a better option.
