Very professional and helpful. The team member Mrudulla went an extra mile by going through the list to ensure I am sending all necessary documents together.
Also glad to know they have Notary option as well as shipping to various places available, it helps a lot to have services in one place.

They had an employee today who did not go to the correct address to deliver the shipment. She spoke in an arrogant manner and did not answer the call.

Stopped by at this spot to get a couple of documents notarized. They did a good job, I paid $15 per document which I think is on a pricier side.

Excellent service. Have had a box there for years. Get all my mail and packages. No issues with packages not arriving or being worried about packages being taken when I’m not at home. Staff is wonderful. They are now open at lunch. And they stay open until 6pm. Convenient parking.

Don't get a mailbox at this place. Its always randomly closed during business hours etc. Really difficult when you need to get packages. Use the ups store instead.

Never go to these guys. i shipped an international package more than an year ago with these guys which was never delivered. I followed up multiple times and filed a claim with the carrier but never got neither my package back nor the compensation. However, the owner of this store at Dublin, CA calls me talking so rudely saying why did you file a claim blah blah.. When i was trying to explain the situation, he was not even interested to listen what happened. Basically, they cheated by not only taking the money for shipping but also not delivering the package as promised. I recommend not to go to this center at all.

This place is horrendous. Only one person working at a time, no drop off only line, they are too cheap to run the air conditioning so it is an oven in there, and most people who come here are inept morons who take forever to decide what method to ship with and then pay with a check. This store sucks.

Dublin Blvd location had horrible customer service. I had a prepaid FedEx label which clearly said present on a mobile device for the store to print out. The guy tried to charge me for printing it out. I went to another location and they printed with no problems, as they should.

This shop has been around for many years for a reason. Willy Gomez takes good care of his customers and ensures that his employees are also very good. It's Very easy and convenient to send packages from here.

The worst place. The 2 employees I encountered were so rude and the one at the counter never even looked up to help me and then another employee comes in from outside yelling at me. There was not even one person in the store. I decided to leave because no one should be treated badly for no reason. I am beyond shocked and I hope the owner trains his staff to ensure there is a least minimal level of customer service. What I encountered was just horrible.
