Tried to return the refrigerant container for the $10 deposit and was denied because the counter agent shook it and determined that there was something left in the container. There were no written instructions that the container needed to be completely empty (hell, they charged me for the container deposit when it was full).

So nice and helpful!!! I've been there a couple of times and had great experiences each time. We just went in at a perfect time when it was not busy. We explained and shared pictures of what was wrong with our car and what we needed. Jose helped us find the items and the right sizes. Not certain at first, he took the parts to our car to make sure. He ended up helping us install them (just a 2 minute thing). I bought the tool he used in case for next time. Saved me at least $150. Thank you, Jose!!!

Great experience today! I called first to inquire about a battery replacement for my Honda Accord , I was happy Quan was able to answer all my questions and hold the battery for me. Once I arrived Quan knew who I was and gave me a warm welcome and greeting, he even installed my battery for me. Great professional customer service!!

Excellent store, empty private parking lot and very friendly and funny customer service reps. Ryan helped me but then more reps came to help ad joke around too. I just needed a replacement bulb for my taillight and I got it fixed quickly. I was in and out in no time. Thanks for the easy visit! Review #77 of 100 in 2023.

I have gone here multiple times. They are always low on items which is annoying.Went to get a replacement bulb, there were several spots out and the ones that had bulbs had only one in stock.Staff are not friendly or helpful.
