The new location next to the Dublin Kaiser is much nicer than their prior spot on Dublin Ct next to the Dublin Sports Grounds, but parking at the new spot can be difficult at least for the times I needed a parking spot. I normally go here for interval servicing and buying parts for my Pathfinder. Service staff that I've encountered are professional and not pushy on services you don't need. Parts staff also courteous and helpful when I need a car part.

I'm here for an oil change & tire rotation. My appointment was at @9:30. I'm still here at 11: Everyone that has come in 30-40 minutes after me has gone. This is ridiculous. What was the point of me calling to schedule an appointment? This might be my last visit here. I don't like it when I'm not informed during my appointment what's going on. I was told it was going to take an hour & a half. Nothing more. No one came to tell me they were behind, a part is missing, nothing. There is no consideration for the customers or our time.

Went to visit the New Nissan showroom and had the pleasure of meeting Vishal, the Sales Manager of the place. We were welcomed with a smile and felt no pressure whatsoever. Vishal even went above and beyond and made sure everything was perfect for us. I must say this was the best vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. Go see Vishal !

Came in to the store looking to purchase a vehicle after a long exhausting day of car shopping this was my last stop for the the day and I didn't come in with high hopes of making a deal because of the past interactions I had that day with other dealerships but I was completely wrong , this place is great I came in and worked with Sam A but it got even better when the manager named Vishal checked in these 2 gentlemen made my car buying a experience such a breeze , Sam and Vishal are a great time and I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle , these guys listen to what you need and want and to there best to make sure you leave happy , Thanks guys , will definitely be back when it's time for a new car .

I have been to Nissans all over the Bay Area and this is by far my favorite one. My advisor Francisco is always helpful and doesn't trip to force me to get a million and one things done at one time. He explains to me what is imperative to repair at that time and what can wait which I appreciate. Carmen who takes the payments is also always friendly and welcoming which is always appreciated after a long day of waiting for your car.

I was sad when they moved from San Leandro because it was closer to me. However, I'm a loyal customer, and I followed them to Dublin. Same high quality service. Lovely staff, especially my advisor Carmen! She was nice, swift, and helpful. This is just a solid spot!
