I called the branch looking for help because of a bad experience at another location. I was very frustrated when I dialed this branch and honestly didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone. Nancy answered right away and did everything she could to fit us in, and she went over the paperwork so that we were sure to bring what was needed. While we weren't able to go the same day she squeezed us in the next week. Shortly after that call the branches personal banker called and explained to me about a banking product I could set up at home.
