Nobody cares about the walk in banking anymore. They are fully staffed for new accounts and loans but they have 0 support for existing customers. I have been using BofA for 30 years and I am ready to start over with another bank. Avoid using them at all costs.

I've been banking here only for a short while but I will be finding a new place. This is mostly due to the older woman with glasses who is usually working the front teller position on the far right side. Routinely, she has been rude, unhelpful, lazy and extremely bitter. Her constant lack of professionalism, basic inability to do her job and consistent bad attitude is unacceptable for a bank trying to pass as a respectable financial institution.

This BOA is tucked in a corner, next to the freeway, across from Tesla. It is not too pleasant parking there, the parking lot is narrow and tight. 5 star for ATM machines, they are convenient, with it's own mini yet spacious parking lot. 5 star for all my previous visits. Always a nice welcome greeting from managers and asking what I needed help with. My last visit was inconvenient and strange. I wanted to exchange $150 of cash for quarters from this branch. The teller said they didn't have quarters because of the coin shortage, even when trying to order them for the last 3 months. What a strange situation for a national bank to have Zero quarters. I had better luck at a grocery store.

Extremely disappointing customer service. We just moved to the area and were looking forward to establishing a new relationship with our local branch, as we had enjoyed with our local branch at our previous home. Boy, were we shocked. Attempted a routine transaction, (which had been done a week before at our previous BofA branch) & the agent was totally unwilling to help. She then encouraged us to try another bank. We are now taking our business elsewhere.

This branch has proven itself to be the worst in the area. I typically cash my checks at other BOFA branches in the area with no issues, but due to the pandemic, the others are closed on Saturdays. Service was denied, because according to them, the system doesn't allow checks to be cashed even though its a check drawn by them. Really they just didn't want to and made me feel like I was a criminal and embarrassed me in front of 20 customers (lines are long here, and staff doesn't seem to have adequate training) They kept asking why I bank with Citi Bank, and that I might as well go to them or open a account. That's extremely rude and obviously trying to deflect from having to provide me service unless I bank with them.

This location is the best- they have quick service, act with urgency and are staffed with the best relationship and finance center managers. Big props to Vinny and Shelly for always taking the best care of me. If you're ever in need of advice or help Shelly is your girl!

I opened a credit card for the first time, and the banker who helped me was Haojun Zhu. She was extremely helpful, clear, and outgoing. I had multiple questions about how credit cards worked and she explained everything really clear. I waited for about 5-6 minutes and then she was able to start the application process. I was approved right then and there. She was able to get my card shipped and delivered to me in less then a week. It was a great experience and everyone in the bank was really helpful as well.

This bank needs to train their employees with basic courtesy toward their customers. I just wanted to get some large bill in exchange for 20's and they refused, as they said we don't have large bills and have to wait a week and pre-order. I asked for 20 one hundred dollar bills and they refused to give me and finally after arguing with manager Soroosh (I think that's how he spells his name as he didn't wear a name tag) they gave me only 10 one hundred dollar bills and I have to go back in a week to change the rest. It's absolutely ridiculous that a bank can't give you 20 hundred dollar bills in exchange for 20's. Their attitude was very unprofessional and rude. I have been part of B of A for 32 years now and thinking about moving my personal and business accounts from them. Management need to know why this bank is getting a 2 stars review and do something about it. Fire some of these unqualified people or trained them with some level of professionalism

My name is Jimmy, and I am from Idaho. I was down here in California fighting fires needed to send some money to my mother-in-law in China. Bank of America was Johnny on the spot and help me get that done lickety-split. The bank representative that helped me was very experienced and very knowledgeable on sending money international which made it perfect. Her name was MONESHA STROMAN,. I'd like to see a Bank of America keep all the branches open and employ more people like her.

My experience at this branch was superb. I had Cindy help me open a new account and a credit card and it was very easy and convenient. She was very nice and I had no issues what so ever.

I have been a Bank of America customer for over 25 years and have been banking with them because of convenience more than anything else. I had made an appointment to see Cindy Niazi who is the Relationship Manager, she could see that I was very upset with my past experience at another branch. During our meeting she took the time to get to know me and really make my experience enjoyable. She explained to me in detail about my banking needs and how I might be more financially healthy if I looked at some different options. I had an amazing experience at this branch, it is hard to find good customer service especially in these challenging times. Regards,

I deposited some money to the atm machine right outside this bank. Guess what, it took the money and gave me an error message and i just got a receipt saying i deposited a much less amount. I had to call to report this and dispute the transaction for the money missing. This is crazy. First time ever happened to me and it was my first time using this atm machine. I am waiting for the investigation and will report back in 8 to 10 days. Bank america needs to update their atm machines! Update: After 8 days, they gave me back the estimated amount of money that I told them missing without counting the exact amount. I don't think they have the ability to go back to the machine to verify the exact amount. This gotta be the worst experience ever.

This branch does not care about their customers. There is a huge line standing out side of the establishment and they have only one teller working the counter! Yet, there are plenty of staff walking and standing around the place, both outside of the counter and also from behind of the counter. I don't understand why this particular BANK gives its customers such disrespectful, careless treatment. Overall, BofA is one of the most unethical banks I have ever dealt with. I only deal with this bank out of obligation. There are plentiful banks that actually care about the welfare of their clients. Please make customers & associates a priority and retrain your staff by these innovative ethics.
