Dublin has gone down. There are 4 Latino females at the front and it takes all 4 to do one thing. There is no urgency to help customers because were just ornaments standing here. This store didn't use to be like this.

I went to Dublin CA store, the service is so great. I have been with Metro for the past 15 years. I switched my phones from Apple to different phones and they helped me delightfully. Emanuel the employee deserves to get credit for his excellent customer service!Much obligedP

SCAMMERS! I bought a new iPhone and activated on a new plan with the promise of a $300 rebate. One of the requirements to receive the rebate was to keep the line active for at least 3 months on a certain plan. 3 months go by, no rebate, and now I get the run around when I go in store or speak with anyone over the phone. At first, there was supposedly no rebate program. And now I am told that the rebate was only for the $40 per month plan and not the $60 per month plan that I was told to sign up for. I'm not sure who benefited from scamming me, but I truly feel it was the salesperson in store. I am very disappointed as we have been loyal customers to this company. Do not recommend.

I called and spoke with Marisa, she was so helpful and ready for me when I came in. I appreciate her and the other associate who were patient with me and helped me recover my account and set up my new iPhone. As I waited in the store for a long time (due to my account locked out) I saw Marisa greet and help many customers and was kind and helpful. I'd recommend this store and location and anyone calling or visiting to speak with her.

I went in to upgrade my phone to one of the models that TMobile has been sending me info on, well they got me I was going to to buy/upgrade. I went into the store to be told that metro(mind you it's by T-Mobile and I get constant T-Mobile adds ect) doesn't carry those phone and cannot order them. I asked about the whole TMobile thing and I was told they were separate. Not really sure how that works, but I was told to go buy the phone from best buy and then come back and hook it up....

Manager was very helpful providing me with information. he was unable to resolve my problem.I've been to metro PCs by T-Mobile, and geo T-Mobile stores with just information and rabbit trails. Issue not resolved, still chasing rabbits after two days of running around and getting the run around.Very friendly staff, store clean and organized, Good phone selection available.

Frustrating when it’s posted on your website as well as when you call the store that it closes at 8, but you drive all the way over and arrive at 7:20, and the store is closed. Update your info so you don’t waste individuals’ valuable time.

Stealing money from the injured and elderly, then blaming it on your bank? Metro PCS is good for that. I was on the phone for hours talking to customer service about their incompetence and thievery.

The BEST Customer Service EVVVER! Jacklyn Rivera helped me greatly, in my switch from A T and T (nightmare!!) to T Mobile and I am so pleased with this switch over, even though I have had the former phone service for over 15 plus years, I am so glad to be finished with them. A T and T was a horrible Company!!! Jacky helped me through the switch over and I am very pleased with my new phone, and she is very responsive to any questions I now have, and any emails I send her, I highly recommend T Mobile.

As long-time customers of Metro PCS, in November we had to upgrade our phones because our current phones were having problems with the changes made to the T-Mobile network. We upgraded both of our Samsung J7 Stars to Moto G Stylus 5G, after reading many good reviews on this model. In the first week we were intermittently unable to make or receive calls or texts, so we went in to the store and they tweaked some settings and sent us on our way. We continued to have the same problems, so after a couple more visits they agreed to do a warranty swap, so basically we got 2 used phones for the price of the 2 new phones we purchased (same model). The same issues persisted, and during several visits over the next several weeks several reps tried to help us but were never able to solve the problem. FINALLY, in February, we went back again, and we were helped by Efren Sanchez Lopez. My plan was to confirm that there was nothing we could do as far as returning the phones for credit and switching to another model, before giving up, taking the hit and going to another carrier and purchasing two more new phones. Efren spent at least 2 hours with us troubleshooting back and forth, and working over the phone with Tech to come up with a solution. He was extremely patient and resourceful and never gave up. In the end, he was able to come up with a solution. That was a few weeks ago, and we have had a much better experience with our Metro phones ever since. So the takeaways for you, dear reader, are: 1) If you live in the valley, there may be some models of Metro phones that do not work well with their network. I would definitely stay away from the Moto G Stylus 5G; 2) In the many times we have had to go in to the Metro PCS Dublin store to resolve issues, every one of the reps have been very professional and helpful and pleasant; and 3) Efren really stood out with his amazing customer service skills - he went above and beyond to find a solution, and I hope his supervisor knows how awesome he is. The 5 stars on this review is for the employees who work at this location, and their excellent customer service.

I just want to give a shout out to JACKY RIVERA at the MetroPCS store located at 7172 Amador Plaza Road in Dublin, CA! My husband and I came in to transfer service from our old phones to our new phones and we were immediately asked if we needed help. Jacky proceeded to help us with flying colors. She knew everything that needed to be done so the process was really fast! We were in and out in a flash. She answered all of our questions and she was extremely knowledgeable. Jacky made sure we had the right services on our account and gadgets that we needed to be happy customers. Thank you for your service with a smile, Jacky! We will be back and I'll make sure to recommend your store to all my family and friends.

Marissa was great in understanding my problem that has plagued me since Sept. She tried several things. Time will tell if she corrected my problem with Metropcs.
