I visited here last Tuesday. Nisha was very nice and made sure I found the right mattress for my needs. She was very informative and responsive to my reactions to each kind of bed I tried. She was also kind and proactive by making sure I received all the discounts I qualified for. Great purchase experience.

We went to a competitor to look at particular brand of bed it carried. Not only did I not like that brand of bed but the salesperson there was too, too aggressive for our taste. Quickly went back to Tyler at Mattress Firm where we had bought another bed last week to find another for our guest room at our second home. Tyler found us a bed that was comfortable and met our price point. He has such a wonderful demeanor. So pleasant compared to his competitor. Thanks, again, Tyler.

We went here on a Sunday evening and it wasn't too busy. Parking lot is shared so I imagine on a busy day it can be tricky to find a spot.
They have a small table with activities for children to sit in while parents shop towards the back.
Lots of different options to choose from you can find something in all price points. Best of all no pressure to buy.
We had the pleasure to work with Glen. He was super informative about the difference between brands and styles(hybrids, foam, spring etc.). He was well informed of current promotions and bundles offered at the store.
We were able to try a variety of brands and were happy with his honesty and zero pressure to make a purchase (he was not hoovering over us like what we experience in another store). The purchasing process was smooth.
We will definitely be going here for future purchases.

Matt and Nick were an absolute pleasure to work with.
