Great store. Bought a light fixture. Ahmed carried it out to my car with care since it was fragile. After having it installed we realized a couple of parts were missing. Tina and Ahmed were great at helping me straighten things out. Not only did they give me free replacement parts, they gave me extra. I would definitely do business with them again.

I was looking for a last minute Christmas gift for my mom's new home. I started shopping at a few of the big box stores and was unsuccessful. Then I searched for "decorative lamps near me" and I hit the jackpot!!! A+ selection, high quality, affordable, and A+ customer service. Thank you Mary for your superior service and support. Honestly I miss the days of great customer service and stocked shelving and this is exactly what I received. I walked out with a gift for my mom which they wrapped in a box for me. I also purchased a gift card. I'll definitely be back to shop IN PERSON!

Mary provided excellent customer service. When the two lamps we wanted were not in stock she offered the displayed lamps and then was able to find one in stock. We bought one displayed lamp and one from their inventory. Mary was very knowledgeable about selecting the correct size to fit our kitchen. We appreciated her efforts to make sure we were happy. I would recommend this store if you're in the market to purchase lamps.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had an incredible shopping experience at Lamps Plus in Dublin, California. The selection was vast, but I settled on a beautiful bedside table lamp that's the perfect fit for my room. I purchased a Lamp Plus outdoor light fixture on Amazon that arrived without the glass installed. After a few minutes of trying I was afraid I would break the glass since it didn't slip in easily. I called the Dublin Lamps Plus and they said to bring it in and they would install the glass. They did the installation and repackaged the lights for the trip home. It was outstanding customer service. Thank you!

It's a great store with lots of selections for lamps - table, floor, chandeliers, or the ones installed on the wall, you name it - located in the West Dublin area. Staff was friendly and they greeted us upon entering the store. The store was organized and it was super easy and comfortable to browse at that store. The lamps they carried were nice and gorgeous. There also was a section for clearance items too if you happened to be on a tight budget. Parking was easy and plenty.
