“I often go to the other big box store but the item that I needed was only available at this Lowe's. It was sort of an out of the way location and there really wasn't anybody there. So in comparison to the other, this was a less frenzied shopping experience. Comparatively speaking, It's cleaner and I found the associates more helpful. More available. I don't really have a Lowe's near where I live or I think that I would shop there more frequently. Basically all in all I liked it much more. Since it was just a single visit, I can't comment on availability of the many other things that I often use or the price comparisons. Really that's why I only gave 4 stars.”

“From 1-Star to 5-Stars:I initially left a 1-star review because of delay, poor communication and installation.. However, I was truly impressed by the owner's prompt response and genuine effort to resolve the situation. They took the time to call me personally, listen to my concerns, and explained how there was a gap in communication, and offered to resolve the installation issue by having someone come back to check the installation.I'm happy to report that the shades are nicely installed and functional. This experience completely changed my perspective. Mistakes indeed happen occasionally and what differentiates good businesses is their ability to fix the problem. They truly care about their customers and are committed to providing a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for installing blinds or windows.”

“We had our second floor house addition done . As we were shopping around we discovered contractor warehouse HD supply . While we visited Santa Clara , the closest to our house was Hayward. The price was right and we had to order door, windows , bath tub , toilets , shower door. If any one has done a large home addition you would know how challenging it could be to place large orders. We placed 22 windows, with 22 door and a lot more. It wasn't easy until Shirley stepped in to help us and sort our order. She spent hrs ensuring our order was correct and placed on time. She went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure we were satisfied. She did not stop there she also gave us her direct contact and email if we had any further questions. If there were open it she followed through email or phone call. Having Shirly at contractor warehouse was like have someone backing you in your construction project and she took away most of our headache . Even when we received our order and we had issues with couple of window , she again stepped in sort it out for us. We never had to follow up, she alway took the initiative to follow through . We come to rely on Shirley to the level I could send my son to pick stuff from contractor warehouse knowing Shirley will get him the right size/ style/ color/ design . Had it not been for here I probably wouldn't have purchased all this from Contractor warehouse. Thanks Shirley!”

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the checkout counters where the lines moved quickly. I appreciated the efficient service and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the store.

However, one area that could be improved is the availability of certain items. While most products were well-stocked, there were a few instances where I couldn't find exactly what I needed.
