This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Was accused of smoking in the room when I do not smoke and was already suspicious of them after I needed a maintenance person to come and open the door when no key would work, and he decided to just barge in the room like he was staying there. It was as if they sent him to try and find something just so they could keep the deposit, which I’m still fighting to get back to this day. All this for a rundown filthy hotel. On the night I was there I seen 3 totally drunk people leave there restaurant and get arrested, clothing in the hallway, and a barely functioning elevator. All this to go along with the horrible customer service and I can say this place is truly a nightmare. I will include pics of the room when I left that I took because of my suspicion that this place was not on the up and up.

Five times a year there is this Awesome healing school which offers seminars there in the conference rooms, called the Barbara Brennan School of Healing after some famous author. I was staying there and curious, and got invited in for a student for a day and attended because I am interested in Yoga and meditation, and it was awesome. From what little I could gleam they teach a form of holistic mind body healing that is based on mindfulness and being more aware of all our own emotions and thoughts, and being able to make better decisions and take care of ourselves with all that extra information of what's truly going on inside us. Was really cool ??❤️

Very clean place to stay. Restaurant is a little expensive but they do have Happy hour that takes the price down a little.

It’s fine as a place to crash if you’re in town for work or visiting family. Rooms are dated and has a simple dorm vibe. I do like there’s a microwave and larger mini fridge. If you are a light sleeper, don’t get a room facing the bowling alley next door, a lot of revving cars noises. The AC is also very noisy.Staff are friendly.Oddly there’s no free breakfastWalkability: 14 mins to shopping center with good choices of restaurants and CVS, grocery stores. Easy walk and sidewalk.

Could be better. Decent location and pretty quiet area. Rooms somewhat shabby and a little dirty. No tv remote and heater only worked intermittently. No free breakfast.

I was more happy with the location than the actual room.My room was right by the dumpster of the bowling alley next door. So I could hear everytime they took trash out. The walls are pretty thin. Also the window had blinds but no curtains. So light kept peeking through.Walkability: A mile away from Dublin BART station. Plenty of stores within a mile radius.

The Staff and food are great! The location is convenient but I recommend you bundle up in warm clothes or bring a space heater, I had to switch rooms a few times this week unfortunately these rooms don't warm up well , but everything else seems fine ,location is safe too.Rooms: Rooms are old and cold "heat units don't work well " clean !Safety: Extremely safe ,clean and peacefulFood & drinks: Great food on site also in walking distance to other great options

Some of the bad reviews on here surprise me. Every time I come here, the place has had clean rooms and a quiet atmosphere. In addition...- The WiFi is fast and reliable enough to watch sites such as YouTube and Twitch with no interruption.- Their breakfast isn't free, but it's not a huge deal since there's typically a microwave in the room.- There is usually enough parking available. Guests can come late around 11 p.m. and still find a few spots open. The price is usually fair. I see nothing wrong with this Holiday Inn, and I'm here a lot.

The rooms are ok (this trip it smelled faintly of mothballs), but the service is exemplary! Front desk was friendly and efficient. Karla in the restaurant was engaging and really made me feel comfortable.

Hotel is old and it stinks. The hallway, elevator and my room smelled bad. The room smelled musty, a combo of excessive humidity and stale air. The smell of vanilla or whatever fragrance in the hallway was suffocating, as if they were trying hard to cover up another smell. The whole building needs to be torn down and rebuilt with modern ventilation. No amount of new paint and new flooring can cover up how old this place is. I have platinum status and this is by far the worst IHG hotel I've stayed at. I should've paid the extra $40/night and stayed at the HI-Express in Livermore. Pro: It was clean and the furnishing was in good shape.
