Hello everybody, I just wanted to say that I've been going to this location the gun range a handful of times this month alone, and I just started going here this month, it started as a 15-year anniversary for my wife and I, every employee that we've ran into has been extremely informational and helpful and wonderful, and I would especially like to mention that Mike, Nature, and Rick our wonderful big help and very generous with their time. For my wife and I feel like the TV show "Cheers" everybody is friendly and "knows your name". We can't imagine any other place we would go and spend our time, and for this we thank you all. 5 stars +

Knowledgeable staff, helpful, patient, want to make your purchase experience the best it can be. Computers are a tad slow however.

Great experience, went to this facility to give a go at the indoor range. Store was nicely kept well lit they had a wall full of awesome rentals you can even buy ammo here if you run out but keep mindful that you MUST use all ammo you buy since no background check is required when purchasing at the range. It seemed a well mix group of people in the facility coming in various age groups as well. My ONLY thing that I had to share which was my personal preference was the red laser they use, when the employee is coming to tell you you have only a few minutes remain he comes and points a laser at your hand to get your attention all is fine with that but keep in mind this is in fact a gun range with beginners and new learners so seeing a red dot pop up on my hand was a bit shocking not knowing if a new we was miss pointing his firearm etc. so that was my ONLY negative feedback which really isn’t negative at all, overall great experience and will be returning.

I love this place. I bought my CZ from the store and go there almost every weekend to shoot in their great range.
The staff at the range and at the store are amazing and super helpful.
And if you find yourself waiting, it's only because they give good service for the person that was there before you!
Just be patient, you'll get the same amazing service and time for your answers.

This place is terrible. I had a gun sent from a 3rd party and they charged me a total of $237 for the transfer and DROS. This was after I called the store and was told that the price was $100. They told me that if I didn't like the price, that I could send it back to the 3rd party--for some additional fees.
I also didn't appreciate the "gun store commandos" playing with my gun right in front of me. Just continually manipulating it and dry firing it right in front of me. Like most gun store commandos, none of these guys are actual shooters and you can tell by the awkward way that they handle your firearms.
With practices like this, this store will be going out of business soon. Walk into the store and you will see absurdly high prices and almost no customers. They will not last long. The business model is just to rip people off. Stay away.

A vast store. So absurdly overpriced that only an idiot would buy anything here. Almost no firearms inventory. Rude employees.

I've enjoyed their indoor range, but the staff within the store is extremely unhelpful. I've tried numerous times to engage people within the store, or called with questions, it's consistently been a poor experience. And the inventory is really poor. Personally, I would shrink the retail space in half, it would enable the staff to be more reactive, and give the perception of more inventory. Odd place, I'm making the longer drive now to other shops, but again - it's great having an indoor range in the neighborhood.

Don't talk with Larry, didn't know what he was talking about and was rude on top of it. A lot of good FFL's in the area, this not being one of them.
