I don’t get my nails done often, and I am. It picky at all, but this place is by far the worst I have ever had! I have been to at least one nail place each state I’ve been stationed in for the last 15 years of being in the Army! It’s no way that it has only been 3 days and my nails are like this. I would not recommend. I don’t want to get to into detail an about everything else due to it possibly just being my experience. The basics of nails should. It be the result of the pictures I attached!

Terrible service!
I got a gel pedicure done from this place, first time ever. The pedicure was ok, 2/5 but the gel paint application and filing is terrible. I wanted white nails, and she painted them so bad, I can see the uneven strokes on my nails and my nails don't even look even. My usual nail spot, Top Ten nails was closed on a Monday, and I regret trying this place out. I told the woman that the white isn't white enough, more like ink white, and she said she put 3 coats, I know she put only 2 and not 3.
Never going back.

Worst experience, price is too high. Got 2 pedicure and gel manicure. Priced 150$. Price doesn’t even match what they have mentioned.

I called in to ask for a service price for my mother and when I took my mother in, half way through her service the lady changes the price (increases it). hence it was only 5 dollars but it's the principal. we paid the extra 5 dollars but the lady and one of her colleagues started yelling and arguing. Horrible customer service. not friendly at all. I would NEVER go back there.

Overall the services are good. I usually go for pedicure and waxing at this places. The prices are very reasonable and they help patiently for selection of colors.

Do not waste your time here! I came in a few months ago at 9:30am (as it says on yelp/online as their opening time) however store was locked and empty. Gave it a few minutes and still no one. Assumed it was just a one-day special occasion they were closed or opened late?? so i left and went to another place. Fast forward to today- Decided to give them another chance because I had ClassPass credits to use for a mani pedi, which works by reserving an appointment days in advance using credits through app. My apt was scheduled for 9:30 and I thought since it is scheduled in advance it wont be a problem. I got there on time and same thing happened- empty store and no sign of workers at 9:30 with a prescheduled appointment. Called their phone number and was told it would take 10 minutes and they are running late. Waited 25 minutes and still no one. So i called again and rescheduled my appointment. Would have cancelled it all together and gone somewhere else if it wasnt already pre paid with credits. Unprofessional and terrible customer service!!! Very disappointed and wont be returning. Do not waste your time. Go to Jenni's nails or Petals and Polish nearby!

Very nice ladies but horrible work. Maybe they do better for acrylic nails but liquid gel fills is not their specialty and mine are looking a mess.

They charged me for a kids pedicure manicure but did not give my daughter a proper manicure. All they did was paint her nails, when I asked why the lady started yelling in Vietnamese to the other lady and it sounded like they were complaining about me. I paid them and told them we won't be coming back.
