“Nick was great !!!!!!! So was his co worker ! I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience, especially on Black Friday. He was so extremely helpful and he didn’t try to push anything on me. He wasn’t trying to steer me in any kind of direction. He let me pick and choose for myself and gave me so many options. “While I did go in having fully researched what I wanted online, there is nothing to replace actually lying on the beds and talking about the features to be certain your research was complete. Met a wonderful sales associate who made every effort to hover just outside of visual range so as to make us (wife and I) comfortable and to allow us to talk about our thoughts. “We would like to take this opportunity to recognize Desiree Corbal, Interior Design Consultant at the Ethan Allen furniture store in Dublin, CA for her professional and dedicated support in helping us design our family room space and select a beautiful sectional couch and recliner chair.
She worked patiently with us over several visits to the Ethan Allen showroom in March 2025 to make our purchasing experience complete from the various couch and recliner chair styles available, down to the many color and fabric texture selections that we could choose from for both furniture pieces.

“I recently went to this Target to return a storage container I no longer needed. It was so easy to do. I had my receipt and was asked if I wanted my credit to return to my card, which I did. The rep was helpful, there was no line (it was after 8pm, I think), and the friendly rep came out as I was at the counter. No wait and an easy return.”

I too read all the one star reviews and was skeptical but I took a leap of faith and I'm glad I did.
I called in to see if they had the NUNA Exec car seat and spoke to Gina. She was very cordial over the phone and said she'd call back to check her inventory and I was on my way there regardless to peruse what they had. Ironically she called me back as soon as I stepped into the store. The store itself is very well organized and had a variety of items for sale as well as display models of strollers and car seats. (Side note, she has it CLEARLY stated on their website to make an appointment for demo's so be smart or call in to see if they can accommodate you)
I went in thinking I knew all the ins and outs of the car seat I wanted but I was sorely mistaken. Gina went out of her way to show me all the features/bells & whistles of the car seat I wanted, and even demonstrated how to properly secure it with the seat belt. She was to the point and didn't waffle around and that I truly appreciated.
Albeit it was a SMIDGE more expensive compared to how much Bloomingdales or any other big box retailer would sell it for BUT with the level of service I personally received and knowledge Gina had about all the products she carried in her store, I was very happy to pay a little more and will definitely will be back!”

They also offer design options that better suit your taste. You may pick the type of fabric used and the firmness of their cushions. Another great benefit is that they offer in-person consultations, and do a final presentation before you decide to purchase a product.”
